LPO Live Product Options

Been setting up my store for a week now and this plugin has been a total joy to work with. It is really powerful and are covering everything i need to be able to build a store where the custommer are building their own designed products. I have been searching.. even bought some other apps that always are missing something. But not this. Really recommend! Also, great and fast support from Michael. Again, recommend, over and over again.

I have explored virtually every product option app for Shopify and this one is the best. Very robust fields available. Beautifully integrates into themes UI. Some killer new beta feature that you won't find on other apps like Dimensions and price formulas. Support is excellent and has been very responsive and helpful with my millions of questions. Highly recommend this app for any stores with large option sets or complex product configurations.

Auf der Suche nach einer App die dies abbildet, haben wir im App Store Live Product Options entdeckt. Wir sind mit der App mehr als zufrieden. Außerdem ist der Support herausragend. Falls man eine Frage hat hilft der Support binnen einigen Minute. Alles in allem sind wir froh das wir die App gefunden haben und können diese wirklich jedem weiterempfehlen.

This is hands down the best personalizer app! I had an issue with it in the cart page and Michael had great customer service to assist me with the problem. The cart looks great now! Thanks so much, highly recommend as we have tried other personalizer apps.

We used Live Product Options to offer customizable branding heads that can be designed and previewed "live" by our customers, including text and premade graphic options. The support provided by Michael and the CloudLift team has always been excellent and timely. This application offers far greater customization options and a much nicer interface than other apps, and at a lower monthly cost. Their pricing plan is incredibly fair and allows for even small startups to feature beautiful product experiences. If you're looking for a product options app or are frustrated with your current implemented app, this app deserves your attention.

I have been using this app for some time and I must admit that there is no other app that allows you to design products in real time. Thanks to the support, who reacted very quickly to my request and helped me to solve my problem. At this point many thanks to Michael and the whole team. The current product includes 1994 various combinations, which is very easy for the customer to realize. The next project involves 66,278 different combinations that I will be working on soon. Many thanks to the whole team who made such an app possible. Without you, the implementation of my current and the next products would not be possible.

As many others have mentioned, I too have tried more than a few of the "live preview" apps but none of them offer the functionality as this one does. With this app, there is a live preview, price add-ons, advanced conditional logic (if needed), and great support. There is a learning curve, but I will say that the way this app is set up, seems to be more intuitive than other apps but it doesn't take long to catch on with the added help docs and videos plus the support if needed. I've reached out on 2 separate occasions and had a timely response from Michael (awesome customer service by the way) and was really surprised how quickly he responded to my questions. Also, I love that this app does not require some crazy placeholder for the cart like other apps that may deter customers from purchasing when additional price options are added. For future updates to the app, it would be nice if there was a way to have a pop-up window vs the customization options on the page (unless there is one already and I just missed it, lol).

this app has been a huge help in getting our store set up the way we need it to be! The support team was quick to respond and even updated the app to help me with the issue we were having. We tried using the similar BOLD app and it couldn't do half of what this app does, and at 4x the price. Highly recommend!

The app is great. I use it to show people how their products will look once personalised and it works perfectly. You might need a bit of help setting it up initially, but customer service is great and they help you immediately

I have tested many other similar Shopify Apps for dynamic modification of products images. However, only Cloudlift and Live Product Options App has provided a fully workable solution. The control logic works excellent and the App has loads of functionality. Plus customer support is excellent. I would recommend Live Product Options to anyone, or, suggest they try the Free Trial first.

I must say- this is the BEST personalization app out there. I first reviewed a total of eight (8) other apps, and then installed but deleted three (3) others that were just too hard to figure out, before settling on this one!! This app was pretty much really easy to setup myself, and I am not the best at this, after only having my shop for about a year. The others I deleted were too complex, and I couldn't get help for their support fast enough to make sure I wasn't making any mistakes and losing money. Michael usually responds within a few hours- (we're in NY- he's in Europe). There was one issue where we had a Buy x Get Y 50% off coupon and the app was discounting every applicable item at first- as it was not configured for complex discounts on multiple items (only one in a BOGO setup) in "Draft order" mode. Please note- this was an issue because we charge for personalizations, and would not have been noticed if our personalizations were free. That issue was temporarily resolved by disabling "Draft order" mode, but it then created a minimal product total which upped the product count ( this could be confusing as the price was still accurate). Michael- went in and made a fix that corrected the issue throughout the app. Therefore these complex discounts- even automatic ones- now process seamlessly in Draft Order mode, with proper cart and checkout calculations/ discounts. We really appreciate all their help in allowing us to add this app to our site in a way that meets all our needs. Our customers were asking for the ability to personalize our journals and now we can, while also offsetting our free shipping option! Blessings! affirmtheword.org

Okay, this is surely the best app on Shopify. I have more than 10 options for each item since I sell fully custom products, this is the third options app I have installed in the last 4 years and I can tell this is the best one. Very easy to set up, the assets help you keeping all the options always up to date and the live preview is something crazy, you can't sell custom items without this app. Oh another thing, Michael from support is always available and he helps you fixing averything you need in minutes!
