This app is a must have. The messages seem personal (hint: cause they are) and our abandonment flow has only improved since installing. If you’re looking to up your post purchase game, I highly recommend starting with LiveRecover to do so.

This is one of my must-have apps. Works amazingly well, zero bugs or issues, and an amazing team of folks to back it up. The results speak for themselves. There have been a few wannabe copycat apps that have popped up. Don't waste your time with those. These guys are the real deal.

We have been using this app for well over a year now and it's been a game-changer for us. We have maintained well over a 25% cart recovery rate which is unheard of. Not to mention, the assistants can answer other helpful customer concerns and questions and intuitively do so. Total set it and forget it app. Customers can tell they are texting a real human too which makes all the difference in terms of customer service quality.
