Charged after deleting app. Poor customer service experience. Low transparency regarding charges. LiveRecover appears to be attributing more conversions to themselves than is appropriate.

LOL. Firstly customer service is garbage. Won’t respond to any customer I complaints. I have recently noticed that they are trying to claim “conversions” as their own when in fact customers are placing orders using store credit, coupons not related to the ones they generate and they are charging me commission. I’m sorry but if you text a customer and they don’t end up using the coupon you provide and place an order YOU ARE NOT ENTITLED TO COMMISSION. This app is a scam. I would stay away unless you want to monitor every transaction.

Our attribution works based on discount codes and cart links so a sale will be attributed to LiveRecover if the customer used either one of those two things that appear in the text message we send them. Terrible customer service, I was charged $99 again after I deleted their app a long time. I already asked to cancel the subscription. I emailed them and heard nothing back. Refund my money!

I used this app to assist with SMS convos and recover carts. Their automatic go to is to just give everyone discounts, which is just so lazy. That's not helpful to not only take margin from us AND offer discounts to a customer. Not every conversation reply needs to be "oh hey let me just give you a discount" In fact ZERO of the orders were recovered without the use of a discount. But to make matters worse, I am trying to cancel our subscription with this app, and they have NO way to do this! And no way to contact support to cancel. Just irritating.

not happy. they only do usa and Canada why not Australia and New Zealand along with Europe? If you don't do this someone else will

Easy to set up, and you see results right away. We were nervous about having outside agents texting with our customers, but they give you a section where you can write notes and explain how to address common questions, and the agents generally do a good job referencing this and providing good info. There's A/B testing options and more data you can drill into if you want to explore types of offers. Definitely worth giving a try if you have been curious about SMS abandoned carts!

I was charged while still on a free trial. After emailing customer service (Cody) several times I have not received any response regarding my refund. ***Updated Review Dennis did reach out to me and was able to sort out the refund. I still feel there should be some transparency with the trial period and charges upon activating the account.
We do apologize that there was confusion in understanding our risk-free trial. We did refund you 100% even after you added a paid plan and had recovered sales. Hopefully, we can meet your expectations in the future.

This app is probably the best text message cart recovery out there. 24 hour support and 24 hour real communication with customers is a game changer - seriously helped our cart recovery increase and bring a ton of extra revenue to our business. I seriously recommend this to any business on shopify - small or large as the potential to make money is so great since so much is left on the table with emails

I had a lot of abandoned cart issues and wanted to integrate an app that could help we with that. Within a day LiveRecover recovered a large abandoned order and consistently recoveres them for my shop! The live agent chats with my customers is great! All my customers seem to be happy to receive a text and are grateful for the discount offer!

This is the second store I've installed LiveRecover on, it will also go on any future sites I build. These guys were the pioneers of this human abandoned cart recovery so be weary of people trying to imitate them. Excited to see what other products they come out with.

Long a time user of LiveRecover, excited to see them on the Shopify app store. I'm not the type of person that ever leaves reviews but this app works magic. Our store presents an unusual challenge since our goods are considered hazardous our shipping labels can cost customers up to $40, because of this we have a 49% cart drop off. LiveRecoer recovers success rate is about 8x what we see on email recovery, plus any purchase we get through them costs us less than a purchase from Facebook. Highly recommend checking them out.

Love LiveRecover! Set it and forget it.... until you see those orders come in! What I really love is when customers respond to the texts a real-human answers back. No bots!

We've been with LiveRecover for a year - and its one of my favorite apps. We love it, our customers love, it prints us money and the LiveRecover team is awesome. Whats there not to love? Our customers feel like they have a brief but direct and extremely personal line directly to our team - which sways them over to make the purchase decision. Love love love.

We've been thinking of having our customer service team text customers and then we found LiveRecover. I really couldn't be happier with it. The platform is excellent. Our company is VERY focused on our brand and customer interactions and the LiveRecover reps were EXTREMELY attentive and responsive. The setup was virtually none. I had the app connected & fully functioning in about 5 minutes, with no credit card and a free trial. If there is one app you can literally add to you store in 5 minutes and make more money, this is it. No creating emails or anything. Really satisfied :)

LiveRecover is one of those few Shopify apps where you 1) understand its value prop immediately and 2) see its impact on the business in the same amount of time. Super intuitive set up with robust and comprehensive controls. I'm able to go from 30K foot view to individual customer conversation to help pinpoint why customers are abandoning their carts on our website. The team is constantly figuring out ways to enhance their product and roadmap while aspiring to be a brand partner rather than a conventional vendor.

Live recover give a more personal connection when trying to win abandoned carts. I would shut off our email automations, this is just a great supplement to that effort

I have been using this app for about 6+ months now. It has done wonders bringing back customers who didn't purchase on their first time. The human touch to it is excellent.
