I am satisfied with the Locales.ai platform; it offers excellent features and stability, greatly streamlining our localization process. However, I urge management to review the cost of machine translation credits. Currently, the price is too expensive for high-volume use. Lowering this cost would make the service more accessible, which would, in turn, encourage me to scale my usage and strengthen my commitment to Locales.ai.

- 2.800. 000 credits Customer service non existent. no-one even bothered to answer to us after multiple tickets and emails. This is not a professional app unfortunately.

Great translation APP with excellent support. Its easy to use and one of the few that works well with 3rd party APPs like GemPages. Definitely recommend for a quick translation rollout, even for beginners.

Vince is really helpful, some text did not get translated but they immediately offered to help. Excellent service and excellent translation. Keep up the good work! Has been using this app for a while, i must say everything is going smoothly. Definitely recommend their service. Worth the price
