Vince is really helpful, some text did not get translated but they immediately offered to help. Excellent service and excellent translation. Keep up the good work! Has been using this app for a while, i must say everything is going smoothly. Definitely recommend their service. Worth the price

The setup was quick and easy, and the translations are accurate for multiple languages. It’s lightweight, user-friendly, and does exactly what it promises without any unnecessary complexity.

like everyone i oriented myself on the rating and comments so i started with the two that had more reviews that was good but i had much trouble with both of them this one is the only one where it was really quick and simple to set it up and on top the price is much better

All good, translations are well done, gpt4 is really doing a good job, in terms of customization of unique target market content the app could be much better, there are almost no ways to customize target content for subdomains... so basically it is just good for text, serps, and other things, but not good for multi market target content

Update: We need to add a few points while keeping our original review below. After our 1-star review, Lewis listened to our concerns and engaged with us. He acknowledged the issues and said he would work on improving the app. We also hope he will make the pricing fairer. In addition, he refunded multiple plan fees we had paid. We have now translated our site using another app, but due to Lewis’s goodwill and courtesy, we are raising our rating from 1 star to 3 stars. ----------------------- It’s a complete trap! Every step is designed to make you spend more money. After signing up, we upgraded the plan and paid extra, yet we couldn’t even translate two languages. All it does is send requests through the ChatGPT API to translate. Also, when we reported bugs, they said it was a priority and even promised a refund for the credits and fees we used — but there’s still no action. They've been ignoring the ticket for 4 days as if it doesn’t exist.

Regarding the issue with manually translating Loox Review: we carefully reviewed your report and installed Loox on a test store to replicate the problem. So far, our engineers haven’t been able to reproduce the issue — manual translation and publishing seem to work as expected in our tests. That said, we’re continuing to monitor and improve compatibility with third-party apps like Loox. We’ve also reached out to you privately to follow up and make things right. I wasn't happy with the pricing and the way they bill but their customer service went above and beyond to try to solve my issues, I will not continue using this service but I can say their customer service is very attentive.

I had been consistently searching for a multilingual translation app on Shopify, but other apps had limited language support and low quality. This app, however, supports a sufficient number of languages and, above all, its AI-based translation quality is overwhelmingly superior. Furthermore, the app's own performance is excellent, which not only provides highly reliable translations but also makes the translated pages themselves trustworthy and stable. Thanks to this, I was able to launch an e-commerce startup with a minimal team. I've already become a huge fan of this app. Thank you.
