The support team was incredibly responsive and proactive. I had a specific request to hide the language switcher for English-speaking visitors, and although it wasn’t a built-in feature, they didn’t hesitate to escalate it to their engineering team for a custom solution. They kept me informed throughout, got the necessary access, and took my concerns seriously. If they manage to solve this, it will really improve the user experience for my store. I have tried many translations apps but this is the one I have been using for several months now. Price-quality ratio is top! And the service is also very fast and excellent. If you want to translate your website into multiple languages, this is definitely the one for you!

The translation quality is by far one of the best we’ve seen, much more accurate than other apps we’ve tried. There are still a few issues here and there, but the team is super responsive and actively working with their engineers to fix things. Great support and promising updates.

This is an amazing app! A very easy to use app. Translations are done really fast and smooth, in my case, less than 20 mins. It could have been faster as I have spent some time to check out the app during the process. The Support team is incredible, quick and efficient and patient. I have been bothering Lewis in my case and he is unbeatable! Very knowledgeable and helpful! I highly recommend this app to anyone who needs to translate their store.

Very easy to use. Clean interface and fast customer service. Translated my entire shop to Swedish and German in a very short time. Note: If you have special items that might not get translated 100% correctly, do a small test first and then add custom instructions if needed. Otherwise you have to comb though the translations and sort them out, or spend a lot of credits to fix your mistake.
