I searched for a long time for a suitable and, above all, intuitive translation app for my shop — one that would allow me to translate the store content quickly, easily, and without much manual effort into other languages (in my case, German and Italian). Since Locales.AI uses ChatGPT among other tools, most of the automatic translations are incredibly accurate — and if I ever want or need to adjust something, I can easily do so via the editor and publish the changes immediately. Great app, excellent support, highly recommended. Keep up the great work!

I had a specific request to hide the language switcher for English-speaking visitors, and although it wasn’t a built-in feature, they didn’t hesitate to escalate it to their engineering team for a custom solution. They kept me informed throughout, got the necessary access, and took my concerns seriously. If they manage to solve this, it will really improve the user experience for my store. The translation quality is by far one of the best we’ve seen, much more accurate than other apps we’ve tried. There are still a few issues here and there, but the team is super responsive and actively working with their engineers to fix things. Great support and promising updates.
