Painful to find some content that requires translation. Fast support but app has no improvements for some time now. I utilise a paid for (albeit standard) theme and when I make a change, sometimes it take a long time to find the untranslated entry. I have to paginate through pages and pages of other text before finding what I'm looking for. Interface is also a little old. It takes some time to get images "translated". I still have this installed right now, but I am actively looking at other translation apps.

Almost good, but there are always problems coming up. I currently get random symbols/words showing up on the site, which are not listed in the translations list. They just appear on the site. You cant fix it. And the support is not very rushed to fixed it since it has been a week of a random word in my navigation which they didn't fix. I always get we will pass it to the team and let you know. But no one let me know anything and the problem persists. The automatic translation is bad. And I am a bit afraid to pay for the AI translation plan seeing how half working the app already it. The glossary also works halfway. The manual translations get overwritten, or just dont save at all. Maybe writting this review gets me faster support because we already spent too much time going back and forth with this app.

The translation quality is poor, similar to google translation level. It doesn't feel like an AI translation and has negatively impacted SEO. After using this app, the number of pages has increased significantly, but impressions have decreased to 20% since installation.

The app is not working properly on the website, I tried to add the switcher with no luck

The translation is not that good. Yes, I use it for now. But till I find a better solution. because if you upload an Excel file and change everything manually. High possibility that the app's translations is changed the next day. Same products, same text, different result
