Locksmith provides an elegant solution to make parts of your store more private and/or secure. It's technically sound, and the team provides rapid attention when needs or issues arise. It works if your needs are simple or if you have complicated things you want to lock up. I've worked in enterprise systems for a long time and am quite impressed by this tool.

After i've uninstalled it, some code was still present in my theme, and it was showing error for customers that found me via google. They could not access products at all, it was showing error. I had to install the app, disable it in the settings, and then uninstall again. Lost a lot of money because of that.

Great for two reasons: 1) The app works and is very easy to implement. Does exactly what is needed. 2) The "pay what feels good" pricing method is great and they are actually open to reasonable pricing suggestions. We suggested another price, still reasonable, with our explanation why we felt it was fair. Very quickly, we could come to an agreement about a monthly price that suits both sides. Would recommend this app. Great app, great support.

DO NOT USE. We tested this app with a select group of VIP Pros for two months but ultimately decided against it due to the steep pricing structure. After canceling our subscription, our website immediately experienced significant issues. It took our IT team three full days attempting to remove all the leftover CSS. Eventually, the damage was so extensive that we had no choice but to duplicate our theme entirely.
Hello! It looks like Locksmith was removed from your apps list before Locksmith’s code removal process was run. I’m really sorry for this experience, and I can definitely understand how frustrating this must have been. We really appreciate you letting us know how things went. Locksmith does have a code removal process. However, after Locksmith is removed from the apps list, it no longer has permission to access your theme, which prevents it from removing its own code. For anyone reading this who finds themselves in this situation: to remove all of Locksmith's code from your theme, reinstall Locksmith and then run the uninstall process from the Locksmith app’s “Help” page, or disable the app from the app’s settings page. You'll then be able to safely remove Locksmith from your apps list. Locksmith is exactly what we needed for our wholesale store. They have recently added functions that are even more helpful, so I appreciate them always working to offer the best options. We get a lot from the low cost it is given at.The customer service is excellent, and a shout out to Erica for always giving me clear information on what she is doing and instructions for what I need to do.

The app works exactly as promised. I initially experienced some cache issues with the Firefox browser, but that had nothing to do with the app itself. The support team provided excellent and timely service. I highly recommend this app to anyone who needs to restrict access to parts of their shop.
