Great app and great support ! - The app block the prices for unregistred visitors. & shows the prices that we want for the different customers in different countries. - Works well with my shopify template. - The support always answer the questions fast, and real people.

We needed a way to run wholesale properly: restrict access to verified retailers, hide wholesale pricing from the public, and streamline approvals. Standout features: - Locked access so only approved accounts can enter - Hide price until login - A custom wholesale registration form we could tailor to our needs - Automation + customer tags that keep customer management organized and easy Plus, their customer service is absolutely out of this world — fast responses and real solutions. Big shout-out to Ruby and Hannah for being consistently amazing. Highly recommend! :)

BSS B2B Lock worked exactly as I was hoping it would to address 2 specific needs: providing a custom lock screen in both English and French that restricts all aspects of the site from the public (our Shopify site is for existing clients only) and also restricting collection cards to only be visible to specific clients. I was also able to set up restrictions so that specific collections would be visible/hidden depending on which state/province the users are logging in from. The support team was also extremely helpful, answering all my questions very quickly and completing any custom requests on my behalf often in the same day. Very happy with the service BSS B2B Lock offers!

Currently using the price lock feature, I find it easy to set up, and the support provided by Agent Hill has been prompt and effective in addressing technical matters and any enquiries.

The BSS B2B Lock App has been a great solution for managing our wholesale pricing on Shopify. It lets us control who can view B2B product prices and ensures that only approved customers see them after logging in, which keeps our retail and wholesale operations cleanly separated. The app is easy to use and integrates well with our existing setup. I especially want to highlight Hill, who has been incredibly helpful and attentive throughout the entire process.
