Running a wholesale business and making sure everything flows for the best customer experience can be difficult, BSB Lock and login is amazing it did exactly what i wanted it to do and when i wanted to customise so it all matched my stores look and feel the the amazing team jumped straight in and go it all done for me, with in a few hours!!

Great app and even better support. We needed to hide specific collections for a few countries regardless of the settings in Shopify Markets, and we were able to hide them exactly as we wanted - plus, the rules also work based on IP address. Awesome - I highly recommend it!

Very useful for managing private or B2B storefront access. I like how flexible the access rules are, especially being able to restrict specific pages, products, collections, or pricing based on customer tags and login status. It makes it much easier to create a clean wholesale or members-only shopping experience without complicated workarounds. The setup is straightforward, and the app has been reliable for our needs. Definitely a useful addition for stores that need more control over who can see certain content or products.

My website is a strictly B2B and we screen each customers before granting them access. Ever since Shopify changed their login to 2AF only, this caused issue to our flow. Stumbled across BSS suits of apps, though out of the box BSS's options didn't work smoothly with our flow. Got in touch with Lena and explained to her exactly what we needed and she help run point and coordinated with her dev team to customize their product to our needs. Lena was very easy and pleasant to work with. She and her team with more than patient with our changes and did their best to meet up. Would recommend BSS's product suite and if out of the box doesn't meet your needs feel free to get in touch with them to get it tailored.

BSS Locked was very easy to set up and straightforward to use. There were some compatibility issues with the theme I was using, so the result wasn’t 100% perfect right out of the box, but the support team stepped in and helped make it work. They were quick, responsive, and really helpful with the technical side of things. A special shoutout to Ivy and Ines for getting everything sorted out for me and making sure the app worked the way I needed. Overall, a great app with an even better support team. Highly recommended!
