This app has allowed us to lock our website from customers who are not signed up for accounts, which is exactly what we need. We have also been happy with the customer service provided!

This app is a complete scam. They download it, it doesn't work. They tell you that you need to upgrade. Ok, I upgraded. Then they tell you their developers need to modify something. It's been 2 months and the app still will not work. Their customer service team is terrible. They just waste your time on purpose. I talk to them every night and they still just say they're working on stuff. Joy specifically has completely wasted my time. If you download this app, you'll end up chatting with Joy while the app is never fixed. Good luck. After 2 months, I'm cancelling this app.

The feature of Hide Products you'd like to use was on another plan and that's why it wasn't working. Since you upgraded your plan to higher one, our team has tried our best to come up with a solution within 24 hours. I've been using two of BSS software for a while now and have been pleased with the results. It has taken some getting used to and most of the features are intuative, but anything I was unable to find out on my own, the support staff was generally helpful and quick to respond. This solution has worked well for our site and wholesale orders, so we will continue to be a customer as long as shopify allows.
