Durante la prueba tuve complicaciones para implementarlo, una vez que entré en contacto con el soporte todo mejoró, Emma C. me ha ayudado increíblemente a optimizar las funcionalidades. Tenemos 13 horas de diferencia de horario y eso no ha sido un impedimento, Emma me ha ayudado excepcionalmente dejándome todo claro para poder trabajar al 100%. Gracias por la guía, parece ser una implementación exitosa.

The supposed 14-day trial does not let you test any function of the application, we cannot know if it is what we need, do not waste your time, it is not good.
This is Jonas from BSS Commerce. So sorry for the inconvenience that you were facing while trying our app. However, this seems to be a misunderstanding. Our B2B Login app does have a Free Plan which only provides you access to our Force Login function. Additionally, every plan in our app includes specific functionalities and you can only access if you subscribe for the correct one. I'm not sure if you have already checked our Pricing Plan section within our app but all are written very clearly there. For example, we have Free Plan, Pro Plan, Plus Plan, Platinum Plan and Premium Plan. - If you don't subscribe for anything, you have access to all functionalities within Free Plan - If you subscribe for the Pro Plan, you have access to all functionalities within Free and Pro Plan - The same to other plans - And if you subscribe for the Premium Plan, you have access to all app features. With Pro, Plus, Platinum and Premium, we all provide 14-day free trial once on whatever plan you choose. Hopefully, you can reinstall the app, let us help you with all the setup and eventually revise this misunderstanding. Kindly drop us an email at [email protected]. I initially had a hard getting this app working the way I was hoping it would, but when I contacted customer service they were quick and really amazing to deal with! Now it works great!

Jolie and the B2B Dev team saved my store! After some crazy situation installing/uninstalling apps, my store was rendered useless. Nearly a month and no one could help me.That was when I reached out to b2b and they saved my store! Joy and her team went above and beyond to help us get several apps installed and offered to help with a lot of the backend stuff that I wasn't familiar with. So far the app does exactly what I need it to and if I ever have any issues I know they will be there to guide me. I highly recommend them!

We needed an app that would require a passcode to view certain collections. Fairly easy to install.. had a bit of a hiccup but the B2B team fixed it immediately. Very happy with the app and service.

At the first stage, we started using only three applications (B2B/Wholesale Customer Portal, B2B Login/Lock & Hide Price, B2B Portal/ Net Terms), which allow us to completely solve the problem of creating a portal for wholesale customers. Very rich set of tools :) Intuitive rules setting, the same for all tools. Well, a special thank you to the technical support :) Emma and Dao Van Phu, after 7 years of working with Shopify apps, we can say that you are the best!!! Fast, specific and as attentive as possible to the needs of the client. Thank you very much.

Aplicación 100% fiable y segura cumple con las necesidades y mas, al instalar la APP se tuvieron algunos errores y no funcionaba bien, lo que entiendo ya que cada tema o personalización es diferente. Pero gracias a la atención brindada por Jolie Nguyen quien hizo un magnifico trabajo revisando los problemas y transmitiendo mis necesidades al técnico Le Trung Dong y Nguyen Van Huan quien sin duda supo solucionar todos los inconvenientes y supo programar y plasmar mis necesidades. Sin duda la aplicación es buena, pero no seria tan buena si no contara con un soporte técnico tan bueno. Recomendado 100%

Good job BSS team! Thanks so much to my support agent Joy Nguyen and dev guys Cao Xuan Cuong, Le Trung Dong, Hoang Van Tien, Pham Van Quyen who quickly resolved my issue. More specifically, I have some questions about the 2 apps and Joy Nguyen gives me answers well. Then, I have some difficulty in restyling the force login page and login age, as well as registeration page too. Then I contact Joy and receive the reply that the dev team can customize for free if I can give then detailed mockup design of my expectation. Why should I hesitate to do that? Of course I am willing to send them my mockup design so that they understand what I want, and they come back to me with very good result. You guys can go into my page and see that the pages are so nice! I love it! BSS app is quite friendly to use and functional also. You guys are great: You have amazing support team and good app. You can grow your service and sales more for more customers. I am more than happy for this customer support! They are patient, friendly, supportive and cute! I don't usually write reviews but BSS support team gives me a second thought about this time. i will continue collaborate with you guys and if I may have any further issues, I will be more than happy to come back to you guys again.
