This app works great for what I need. My certain VIP customers can now login & with a passcode I give then they can view the collections I specified. Customer service is great, I had a little trouble not understanding some thing on setting it and the Chat help was awesome. She got me all set up & everything worked great. Then I had a questions when I was setting up another collection & she help promptly once again. A+ service Jonas was very understanding of my needs & help me right away and showed me where I need to make the changes.

Great option to have, albeit a little on the expensive side considering exchange rate for AUS. That being said, it's great that I don't have to have a second site to offer wholesale for a small but growing business. It's been extremely straightforward and easy working with the team. Emma was incredibly patient and a great communicator, always checking in to make sure I was satisfied.

Such a fantastic team. Emma, and her technicians Hau and Cuong were so quick to integrate the app into our store. We have worked with some other apps for wholesale and encountered many issues, but after a day of signing up, we have a perfectly functioning wholesale integration and price lock. So, I must say that the app delivers on its promises. We used it to create customer categories that can view specific products. During the testing phase, everything worked fine. However, when we wanted to start using it, we encountered some problems because of our wrong setting. Therefore, we contacted the support team, and within 1 minute, we received a response from a super nice lady who promptly forwarded our problem to the developer. The developer fixed our problem in less than 1 hour. I can only give this app 5 stars. Keep up the good work! Would be cool to have a new feature like to hide some Variants of a Product. Cheers

The supposed 14-day trial does not let you test any function of the application, we cannot know if it is what we need, do not waste your time, it is not good.
This is Jonas from BSS Commerce. So sorry for the inconvenience that you were facing while trying our app. However, this seems to be a misunderstanding. Our B2B Login app does have a Free Plan which only provides you access to our Force Login function. Additionally, every plan in our app includes specific functionalities and you can only access if you subscribe for the correct one. I'm not sure if you have already checked our Pricing Plan section within our app but all are written very clearly there. For example, we have Free Plan, Pro Plan, Plus Plan, Platinum Plan and Premium Plan. - If you don't subscribe for anything, you have access to all functionalities within Free Plan - If you subscribe for the Pro Plan, you have access to all functionalities within Free and Pro Plan - The same to other plans - And if you subscribe for the Premium Plan, you have access to all app features. With Pro, Plus, Platinum and Premium, we all provide 14-day free trial once on whatever plan you choose. Hopefully, you can reinstall the app, let us help you with all the setup and eventually revise this misunderstanding. Kindly drop us an email at [email protected]. I initially had a hard getting this app working the way I was hoping it would, but when I contacted customer service they were quick and really amazing to deal with! Now it works great!
