This app is great! It has played a key role in preparing our website for wholesale distribution. It took only a few days to set up and it is so functional. I was having an issue with figuring out the setup, and after reaching out to customer service, less than a day later Jonas and his technical colleague Hoa Xuan Duong fixed this issue for me with a detailed explanation of what they did and how to maintain this function. Would definitely recommend this app for B2B companies looking for wholesale solutions.

Exactly what I needed! I just wanted to put a password on a certain collection of listings and was able to do that easily with this app. The customer service and tech team also helped me identify a coding issue I had with another app that did not work for me. We use this app on several client websites for creating wholesale access pages or private investor portal pages. It's the easiest and non-obtrusive app. We recently had a redirect after login customization issue due to piggybacking this app with a Wholesale App and Emma C. from BSS Commerce was quick to reply to our support ticket and resolved our issue by the next day. Even better, Emma personally followed up later in the day to make sure everything she setup was working properly. That's customer service. She even provided a video tutorial for any future needs.

We have a very common issue with Shopify not able to hide prices for our different customer list and this app was so easy to use and configure, they even help me customise some CSS that I am not very familiar with. Totally recommend to save time and money in coding the theme

I read 24/7 support, but that's not the case. I just downloaded the app, and emails from created accounts are not coming through, which means the app is useless to me. I subscribed to the app, and I need it operational tomorrow - Saturday. It's Friday afternoon, and support is gone for the day and won't return until Monday.

This app is very affordable and perfect for what we needed. When I ran into any issues the support was very helpful and we had everything I needed fixed done in about 2 business days (because of the time difference we were emailing at different times so that caused a bit of a delay). I spoke with Jonas who was very polite and thorough with their assistance.

At first the app looks confusing but with their 24 x 7 available and customer friendly team, I was able to implement both my requirements in less than 10 minutes. We shared screenshots over chat and in no time, I had the implementation that I required.

Support especially with Annie Tran has been great. Support is one of the major reasons I use to determine the performance of an APP. At the moment the APP works well with B2B registration custom form and does exactly what it needs to. i had a great service from the assistance to configure the app with the feature i wanted. if you have any problems with the app the assistance answer to you very fast. This app does exactly what it says on the tin. You can hide pricing based on a generous amount of available rules t cover almost every scenario possible. you can even hide products without making them unavailable on your store, so if like me you have bundles for example and have products you dont want to make available to purchase normally, you can display them in bundle view to be purchased but hide them from the store for normal customers. This is just one complex example that I know other apps didn't support to the level i needed it. The dev team are extremely good at finding solutions to issues. My issues stem from a complex integration between shopify and my warehouse system but Emma and the team have been fantastic throughout making it a smooth transition. I couldn't recommended more if i tried!
