Jolie and the B2B Dev team saved my store! After some crazy situation installing/uninstalling apps, my store was rendered useless. At the first stage, we started using only three applications (B2B/Wholesale Customer Portal, B2B Login/Lock & Hide Price, B2B Portal/ Net Terms), which allow us to completely solve the problem of creating a portal for wholesale customers. Pero gracias a la atención brindada por Jolie Nguyen quien hizo un magnifico trabajo revisando los problemas y transmitiendo mis necesidades al técnico Le Trung Dong y Nguyen Van Huan quien sin duda supo solucionar todos los inconvenientes y supo programar y plasmar mis necesidades. Sin duda la aplicación es buena, pero no seria tan buena si no contara con un soporte técnico tan bueno. Recomendado 100%

More specifically, I have some questions about the 2 apps and Joy Nguyen gives me answers well. Then, I have some difficulty in restyling the force login page and login age, as well as registeration page too. Then I contact Joy and receive the reply that the dev team can customize for free if I can give then detailed mockup design of my expectation. Why should I hesitate to do that? Of course I am willing to send them my mockup design so that they understand what I want, and they come back to me with very good result. You guys can go into my page and see that the pages are so nice! I love it! BSS app is quite friendly to use and functional also. You guys are great: You have amazing support team and good app. You can grow your service and sales more for more customers. I am more than happy for this customer support! They are patient, friendly, supportive and cute! We are very happy with the application. At first we didn't understand how to use it and it didnt comply to our shopify theme, but the support is amazing. Jolie Nguyen and the technician's (Nguyen Xuan Hoang and Cao Xuan Cuong) helpt us every step to set up everything to work perfectly. They made all the changes we needed and even made the look and feel of there options fit well with our website. We also have the add on app Wholesale Solution and the same story for that application. The good service team makes it work so easy. So we really recommend using there applications.

The app pretty much does what it is supposed to, but that is also kind of expected. What's not as expected is the amazing support interactions with Joy Nguyen and the technicians Hoang Van Luan, Nguyen Quoc Cuong, Trinh Viet Anh. Whatever issue I found on the way they made sure to fix as fast as possible. Sometimes it was a challenge being is widely different timezones while bouncing emails back and forth but the team always delivered. I would recommended this to anyone.

This app is exactly what we needed for certain areas on our site. We had to contact support to get help with our custom theme and get it looking how we wanted. Cao Xuan Cuong and Jonas are the best. We have this custom theme, and they had to go through a lot, because of our theme. But they solved it in a day. Super Uber crazy! Thank you guys.
