BSS B2B Lock, Login & Password

I found BSS Commerce on the Shopify app store and I’ve been thrilled with their level of support so far. Each night I send over questions and requirements and they do their best to accommodate me as soon as they can. My site is a wholesale site and we need to block pricing from our competitors and only show them to approved customers. This meant that I needed to find a solution on the Shopify App store that would accommodate these requirements. I’m new to Shopify and Emma along with her developers Hoang and Nguyen have been able to get me everything I need to help my customers navigate my new site.

The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because of the time zone difference, so you only get a reply once a day and late at night. But that's personally OK with me because every time we've had an issue, we log in in the morning and the correct answer is always waiting for us. They have always been able to solve our issues

Had a very positive experience with customer service. Responsive and helpful in a timely manner. I was having difficulty creating a global rule using their application because we had some custom URLs that also needed it locked with extra url-parameters (for filtering on a custom app). I was also having difficulty getting it to accept the final "/" in the rule. Not only did they solve the issue quickly, but they even anticipated the extra-url parameters issue without me having to ask. Joy Nguyen and Nguyen Van Huan were excellent to work with. No muss, no fuss.

Very unhelpful that you can't test any options of the app except when you pay first. What app makes you pay before you can try it, what happened to even a couple of days free trial? the app didn't work for me and little uninstalled it 5min later after testing the function and still got charged. If you would have trust in your product you would not operate like this.

The B2B Login/Lock & Hide Price app has been incredibly easy to use and has quickly become an integral part of how our B2B website works. It offers a wide range of features that allows us to manage how we want certain functions to work and adapt to the specific customer. It is easy to set up on your own, but as we wanted even more detailed customization, we reached out to Jena and her team - we received an the exceptional level of support from Jena and Dev Nguyen, and it didn't matter how many times we'd go back to ask for more changes they kept working on them until it was perfect for what we wanted and needed. Their level of expertise and knowledge of the app was fantastic, and they were able to help me troubleshoot and resolve any issues that I encountered which made us as an app user feel valued and looked after, and confident if there were ever any issues in future that we could reach out for help. Overall, I highly recommend this app for its flexibility and functionality, and a 10/10 for the team behind it for all of their hard work and kind professional support they provide.

I found the B2B Login/Lock & Hide Price app 3-4 days before my site went live but after having tried 3-4 other apps I had left a trail of destruction and could not get B2B Login to work for all the logic required, I was tired and bleary eyed too. I emailed B2B Login support and Joy Nguyen responded almost immediately. When she was not available Nguyen Van Huan stepped in. When Joy came back she got everything working.

I recently installed an app and their support team really made it a great experience! I have installed the B2B Login and B2B Wholesale Solution app from BSS, and now I'm testing out the features and have some reviews about the app. The app are good and has excellent documentation and is extremely user-friendly. B2B Login and Lock Access app is also from BSS, which is also a great app for using too. I can lock specifics content for certain customers who have the access to our website and allow which customers can access the page by a few steps of simple setting. I'm using the Force Login rule to make sure my B2B customers can get good price for themselve and therefore I can control my B2B website too. I contacted the support team represented by June Nguyen and then she patiently answered and guided me through the app. They have a good team with great technical skill. June kept me informed at every stage and quickly reported any problems. Additionally, the developer was helpful to me. The team has gone with me from the first day I use the app and until we launched the store. We appreciate all their support and would highly recommend the app.

We use this app to protect our online manuals and it works great! We needed some design changed and Jonas from the support team and Hoang Van Tien and Nguyen Van Huan (technical team) were very quick to respond and resolved all my queries perfectly. Very happy so would absolutely recommend!

I requested a very tricky adaptation and after a lot of work from their team (Joy,Nguyen Xuan Hoang and Cao Xuan Cuong) we found a great solution that works perfectly. Good app that does what it says. I had an issue with some CSS styling of the login form with my theme and Cao and Jonas were very prompt in saving the day. :)
