BSS B2B Lock, Login & Password

When building wholesale access pages or private investor gateway pages for our client's websites, we use this app. The simplest and least intrusive app available. Due to piggybacking this app with a wholesale app, we recently ran into a redirect after a login customization issue. Josephine from BSS Commerce responded promptly to our support case and quickly fixed the problem. Even better, Josephine personally checked in to make sure everything she set up was operating as it should later in the day. Customer service would be that. For any future requirements, she even offered a video tutorial. Special thanks go out to Nguyen Van Dong, who worked extremely hard to provide us with the greatest outcomes. He puts forth a lot of effort and takes his time to make make our store work properly. This app works really well and is easy to configure. Due to my theme, I needed a little extra help installing but I contacted the support team at BSS Commerce and they made the adjustments needed very quickly. We are using all 3 B2B apps provided by BSS on our website without issue and woudl recomend them for any store looking to add B2B functionality. The BSS Team are very knowledgeable and the support we have received is outstanding. Thanks especially to Emma and Hoa Xuan Duong who have gone above and beyond to get the set-up exactly as we required, even working the weekend when we had a rush query.

We have a very common issue with Shopify not able to hide prices for our different customer list and this app was so easy to use and configure, they even help me customise some CSS that I am not very familiar with. Totally recommend to save time and money in coding the theme

This app does exactly what it says on the tin. You can hide pricing based on a generous amount of available rules t cover almost every scenario possible. you can even hide products without making them unavailable on your store, so if like me you have bundles for example and have products you dont want to make available to purchase normally, you can display them in bundle view to be purchased but hide them from the store for normal customers. This is just one complex example that I know other apps didn't support to the level i needed it. The dev team are extremely good at finding solutions to issues. My issues stem from a complex integration between shopify and my warehouse system but Emma and the team have been fantastic throughout making it a smooth transition. I couldn't recommended more if i tried!

App does exactly what we needed it to do! Hide pricing and control customer's creating their own account. Rule for hiding prices was easy to setup. Controlling customer account creation was just a flag and it also allowed us to customize the message the customer's received. We had a few compatibility issues with our current theme, but these were easily resolved. Thanks Emma and Cuong for your help!

The perfect solution for what we was looking for! Customer Service are extremely helpful with an amazing reply rate. Highly recommend this app if you need a password protected page. The support and technical help for B2B Login/Lock & Hide Price are fantastic. I bought the app to get ready for a tradeshow. I needed some styling help to format the password page and I needed help quickly. Two people I need to mention are Cuong NVM and Jonas. All I had to do was tell them my problem and they fixed it immediately. They also provided me with easy to follow instructions on how I can go in and made tweak if I needed to do it myself.
