Loop Returns & Exchanges

We had to integrate our new Warehouse Management System (WMS) with Loop, and the support team was incredibly efficient and helpful throughout the process. Their response time was impressively quick, often under an hour, and they provided clear guidelines. Additionally, they conducted a thorough audit of our settings to ensure everything was configured correctly. I truly appreciate their dedication and the smooth support they provided during this critical time.

Excellent support

LOOP is an excellent tool for our company to manage returns and exchanges. While the features are impressive, what really stands out to me is their customer support. I truly appreciate working with their team— they are not only knowledgeable but also consistently approachable and eager to help with any issues.

Loop returns support is best in class. I often get Rece as my support agent and he has solutions that work quickly almost every time.

Received excellent customer service from Rece! I reached out on NYE expecting someone to get back with me in a few days, and was surprised when I got a response back right away! Rece was so helpful and had already taken the necessary steps needed! By the time I saw the response the issue was resolved and there were only a few things I needed to do on my end to finalize things. Needless to say it was an amazing support experience.
