We moved to Loop a couple of years ago had a GREAT onboarding lead which made the process easy to understand for our store set up needs and we've been SO pleased with them ever since. Help desk team is responsive, tech team is ON TOP of any bug that might arise and we have a knowledgeable account lead in our product vertical! The platform is a BIG timesaver for us + offers our customers a great path/experience for their return needs. We're happily renewing our contract.

Loop is a really great platform to manage returns allowing customizations and various workflows depending on your business needs. The integration was very seamless. Our onboarding specialist, Brooke was incredibly knowledgeable and supportive throughout the integration phase. She guided us every step of the way, ensuring a smooth transition and minimizing any disruption to our operations. Her assistance made the implementation process hassle-free and efficient. I concur with the observations pertaining to the set-up process, which currently involves a significant degree of manual effort and encompasses steps that may not be directly applicable to your particular store, thus potentially leading to time inefficiencies. Nevertheless, I must commend our onboarding specialist, Jess, for displaying exceptional responsiveness and attentiveness in addressing the numerous enquiries I raised throughout the onboarding phase. Notably, Jess readily accommodated my requests for assistance, going so far as to extend her availability by staying beyond regular working hours to conduct a video call, considering the geographical distance between our respective locations (Australia and the USA). While our launch of LOOP is still pending, initial assessments indicate that it holds the potential to enhance our customers' user experience and presents a straightforward interface for their utilisation.

Application is great so far! While I did think the self-guided onboarding was neat I think they could have been more high-touch at first with some check-ins. I was able to figure it out but could have been supported more. Onboarding manager was great, I just think the company needs to take a look at the onboarding process and maybe give the customer an option if they want self guided, self-guided low touch, or need more support high touch.

I am super impressed with Loop. It functions and looks better than anything I could have DIY'ed. Loop is user-friendly, with a clear interface, excellent tutorials, and an approachable team. I was not anticipating the amount of "homework" I had to do but it wasn't so bad because there was a handy to-do list. I recommend Loop to anyone looking to improve their Returns & Exchanges process.

Amazing app, we were using Narvar before, and I can't express how much better Loop is. We've been using Loop now for over a year and have been more than happy with the results making it super simple for your customers to return products while lessening the load on the CS team.

Loop is a great system and our account manager is always quick to answer and give us the reporting we need! The Loop analytics are super extensive, however, are a bit more manual than we would like, but you most definitely can pull all the return information you need. The Loop team is always quick to accommodate and respond to us though, which is super appreciated whenever there is an error. We have had a couple of issues in the past with slow load time at the POS level in-store and some errors on exchanges. However, we worked with the Loop team to resolve the exchange errors and are excited for Loop to keep evolving and getting better and better!

Loop has made a huge difference in how we manage returns, exchanges and refunds. Their tool does 95% of the work for me and allows me to focus on growing my store. I'm excited to see how they can retain additional revenue in the future and also learn more about customer trends, sizing and more. Would definitely recommend them + their team!

The software is good. Customer service is decent. There are some features in the software that you need a web developer to implement and code into your .liquid files, and Loop Returns doesn't provide a developer to do so, so you have to hire and pay for the developer yourself.

Loop is absolutely amazing the best App and our Company Troy Lee Designs are stoked to have the complete Loop system in place. Everything from the start up Implementation and day to day systems and any issues are totally covered. Nothing is to much trouble and they are there to help super fast.. Our Merchant Success Manager Ash Cunha is the best. Troy Lee Designs recommends Loop 100%.

Loop is very user friendly on both the consumer and seller side - Our Merchant Onboarding Specialist, Brooke, has been so attentive and helpful anytime we need solutions to issues. The app interface itself is well put together and offers an incredible amount of analytics that are very helpful in decision making. My favorite feature of Loop is that you can very easily edit your library of return reasons. In allowing companies to do this, Loop is immediately applicable to pretty much any company, regardless of their product offerings. I would definitely recommend Loop to any company looking to simplify the returns process for their customers, while also gathering important return information for their records.

Loop has been a great partner. They've provided a self-service tool for our customers that simplifies returns for them. At the same time, giving us critical customization options we need for branding, policy exceptions, and even a warranty option. Their workflow options allow us to redirect customers depending on the purchased product, tagging in Shopify, or other unique situations we need to monitor. Overall it's been a great tool and I'm excited to see it grow.
