We always feel supported by their staff and their platform. Loop's customer support is always so quick to respond and help with any questions or issues we may have.
Incredible support. We were a particularly difficult setup and configuration but support was ALWAYS quick to respond and tackle the challenges we were facing. I can't recommend them more highly!

Terrible customer service and support. After using this app for a year we are trying to cancel and they handball you around different departments. There is literally no support or settings for cancelling your subscription.

I would say the customer service is the best part of working with Loop Returns. As a small business, you can feel like a jack of all trades but a master of none. The support we have had from Loop Customer Support team has helped us build the confidence we need to start feeling like a master of Loop Returns!
