Our experience with Loop has been really great! We moved to the platform earlier this year after leaving our previous platform, and the features available have made it much easier to strengthen and scale our subscription program. Big shoutout to Manan for the ongoing support in helping us get set up smoothly and continuously improve our current systems.

We have a great experience working with Loop Subscriptions. The collaboration is smooth and genuinely friendly from day one. Their team is always quick to jump in whenever we run into issues, and they don’t just react, they proactively suggest features and improvements we can take advantage of. They also supported us through our migration from a previous subscription solution, which made the transition much easier than expected. Overall, it’s been a really positive and supportive partnership.

We’ve tested several subscription apps and Loop stands out. The product is solid, flexible, and works reliably at scale, but the real differentiator is the support. The team is fast, knowledgeable, and actually takes the time to understand your setup and help you solve issues properly. Highly recommended if subscriptions are a core part of your business.

It's a scam, I tried to cancel my plan for 3 months, they don't let you to do so on their system, you need to send message to their customer support and they still charge me until this day.......

Loop has been an amazing platform for our Shopify store. It makes managing bundles and offers so much easier and more organized. What really stands out is their support team. Whenever we run into an issue or have a question, they’re quick to respond, patient, and genuinely helpful. They take the time to understand our setup and guide us step by step until everything works properly. Overall, Loop has been a huge help in improving our store experience, and their support gives us confidence knowing help is always there when we need it. Highly recommended!

After being verbally promised an extended trial period, I was unexpectedly charged $650. I was assured the charge would not occur, yet it was processed the same day. I immediately requested a refund, and it has now been over a week with no resolution. This has been one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve had with any application or service. The messaging from the company was misleading, suggesting that “next month would be like having it free,” despite the charge already being taken. Instead of issuing a prompt refund, I was offered store credit, which is not an acceptable resolution when a clear promise was not honored. Support responses have been inconsistent and unhelpful, often lacking a clear understanding of their own software or policies. I have escalated this matter through my bank and Shopify, but the process has been unnecessarily long and stressful. This situation has caused real financial strain and should never happen to customers operating in good faith. I strongly advise others to proceed with caution and to ensure all trial extensions and billing agreements are provided in writing before trusting verbal assurances. — 4U2Heal

Jagrit from Loop has been phenomenal. The white-glove onboarding of this service has been mindblowing. If you're considering a subscription app, you need to use Loop and request Jagrit get you all set up!

Aditya and Dashrath have been incredibly attentive and accommodating to our company's needs. We have a large subscriber base and many payment tokens that needed to be migrated from Wordpress to Shopify. The Loop team managed and executed that technically complex and tedious process exceptionally well without loss of revenue or inconvenience to our staff and customers. The Loop plugin is incredibly customizable and the features and analytics are top-tier. Overall, we are very, very happy we switched to Loop.

I searched a long time for an app of this functionality. I was looking for an app which allows for a fully customised bundles which can be available for subscription or one time purchase, and has an interface which is clean and modern. Loop is it and their assistance is always very helpful. Thanks!

The Loop Subscription App is awesome. The features are easy to customize. As an addon, it has a great support team. I got an issue with the integration and it got resolved in minutes.

Dashrath and Amit and the whole Loop Team were fantastic. Dashrath was very patient with us as we took months to finally make a move. During the migration, Amit knew every part of the Loop Platform and had an answer for every one of our questions. He even took time out from his birthday to make sure that our migration went smoothly! The Loop platform and team are full pro. Thanks Loop!
