Simplified the subscription dashboard to make it more intuitive and user-friendly for our customers. Customer service is consistently excellent and always available to assist with setup whenever needed.

I’ve had a really great experience using the Loop Subscription app so far. The platform itself is intuitive and makes managing subscriptions much smoother compared to other tools I’ve tried. What really stood out to me, though, was the customer support. They were genuinely committed to helping me resolve my issue and didn’t just send generic replies. They took the time to understand my situation and even hopped on a call with me to make sure we were fully aligned and everything was working as expected. It’s rare to find that level of hands-on support these days, and it made a big difference. Overall, I’d definitely recommend Loop to anyone looking for a reliable subscription solution backed by a team that truly cares.

We had some minor issues with the application because part of our website is built with custom code. However, the support team resolved the problem very quickly, and their tech team adapted everything to our code so it could function properly. Amazing!

Just onboarded with Loop and it’s been a really smooth experience so far. The migration was handled well, the platform is intuitive, and it already feels like a step up from what we were using before. Excited to keep building with it.

We've been using Loop Subscriptions for our curated monthly beer club box. Onboarding was smooth and straightforward, and the platform has given our customers a noticeably better user experience compared to our previous subscription solution. The ongoing support has also been excellent. Would recommend

Loop has been a great addition to our company. The app runs smoothly and they're always releasing exciting features. Our CSM is really on point when it comes to understanding business needs and coming up with solutions and/or new features to account for emerging use cases. I highly recommend them.

Since the beginning with Loop the support has been amazing, they care about you and your business. It is easy to use and there are a lot of options to use to improve customer retention and avoid subscriptions cancelations. recommended!

Aastik and Varun have been absolutely the best. I’m the manager and was the one directly reaching out to support — at first I was a bit frustrated as responses were taking some time, but once I connected with Aastik, I was beyond grateful. He truly guided us all the way and made sure everything was handled smoothly. Same with Varun, our product analyst — very supportive, knowledgeable, and proactive. Kudos to both of them for turning the experience around and providing outstanding support. Looking forward to working closely with the team long-term.
