Aastik and Varun have been absolutely the best. I’m the manager and was the one directly reaching out to support — at first I was a bit frustrated as responses were taking some time, but once I connected with Aastik, I was beyond grateful. He truly guided us all the way and made sure everything was handled smoothly. Same with Varun, our product analyst — very supportive, knowledgeable, and proactive. Kudos to both of them for turning the experience around and providing outstanding support. Looking forward to working closely with the team long-term.

we just switch from a different subscription to Loop and I can say the the overall user experience was superb! Pretty much all data we track on a weekly basis are available in Loop Analytics! No need to manual export data because all are in the analytics dashboard!

The app is very easy to navigate and has very helpful features good for your business. Also, the check-ins the support gave is a tremendous help. Shout out to Sparsh for always checking, assisting, guiding and helping us through while we get over the learning curve. This app is much recommended.

Phenominal support. Helped with all onboarding, set up, etc etc. Quick to respond and reply. Took care of the heavy lifting for all aspects of migration. Functionality compared to seal is night and day difference. Jagrit was awesome to work with.

The migration process was easy and seamless. Aditya made sure I had clarity every step of the way and provided constant updates whenver a step was completed. The platform itself is fully customizable and easy to work with. 5/5

Getting started with Retentics was super easy! Their support team is extremely attentive and proactive. It's amazing how much of our email revenue comes directly from their automated flows.

Loop support team is always willing to help when we have specific marketing campaigns or initiatives that require adjustments to subscriptions. Would recommend to brands that require guidance for their subscription program.

Switched to Loop from Seal as there was so much more I could do on Loop and so far so happy with everything, but most importantly, the onboarding support was so profesional and made so easy thanks to Shivam. He honestly made this a breeze for us and was the most helpful support we've ever had from an app.

My experience with loop has been great! (1) this app is packed with features and flexibility that are included without an additional charge. (2) the service team is fantastic - they provide all the help needed and get things done quickly and hold a monthly review meeting focused on growth and improvements, (3) my sales from subscriptions have grown significantly since switching to Loop.

Extremely slow support - 6 to 12 hours to answer super trivial questions Many features are buggy - they will intermittently not function as desired All in all - this is not a professional or reputable company that you want to build your business on.

If you’re a subscription brand, Loop is worth it. The portal is clean, skip/pause/cancel flows are intuitive, and their team goes above and beyond. Other subscription tools don’t come close in support or retention guidance. Would recommend to any DTC brand running subs.

Migrated late last year from another subscription app - onboarding has been incredible, the team has gone above and beyond making it seamless. They are super responsive on Slack to any queries. Would definitely recommend Loop for anyone getting into subscriptions.
