We've previously been on ReCharge and Prive, and Loop is the best so far! The built-in analytics Loop provides and the out-of-the-box customer UX far exceed other competing platforms, and the economics of Loop work better for our small (but growing) business. Since switching to Loop, we better understand who/why/what around our subscription customers and their behavior. We've also seen a drop in customer service tickets related to customer subscription management because our customers are able to navigate their portals easily. Loop is easy and makes growing a subscription channel easy!

Really love this app! The support is amazing - the team are always available to chat through slack or a video call if I get really stuck. It's just so easy to use and we've increased our customer retention rate plus number of subscriptions. It also looks great and is a much better experience for our customers. It's more expensive that Bold, but so worth it.

Loop Subscriptions is a great product and has mostly all the features a subscription ecommerce company would need. What I like about Loop is the prompt response to support, feature requests, support in ideations to increase subscriptions. Also, they are very reasonably priced. I highly recommend checking out loop...

I had a very specific case for Subscriptions that it seemed no other app was capable of performing. Our store subscriptions needed to be available for in-store pickup only and have shipping restricted. Harshit, Vivek and Surbhi were all friendly, professional and punctual with updates and responses. They resolved the issue by getting in touch with Shopify and within a couple days - I was good to go. Thank you so much to the Loop team, I would definitely recommend this app for anyone looking to start subscriptions or bundles.

The Loop team have been AWESOME to deal with. We are new to subscriptions on our store and their customer service has been next-level. Migrated from Bold to Loop. The team made the migration as seamless as possible, even working to recode my website with my web designer after the previous app's code was causing some trouble with the migration. The functionality of Loop is epic - already made massive changes to the customer experience which is increasing AOV and LTV. (only been live for a month so it will be exciting to see how this progresses as I customise things further.) The team has been so attentive and proactive in helping me improve my business, nothing like my experience with my previous app provider. To anyone who is growing a subscription-based ecom business, I'd 100% recommend Loop.

Best hassle free subscription app so far. We were on recharge for quite some time and switched to Loop. It is so much more user friendly and easy to manage. Analytics are great and packed with features we need. We can't wait to see what more features are added. Great onboarding process and awesome team that will support you very quickly. I would say it's miles better than recharge.

Great service, held our hand through the set up and migration process which was very valuable. Portal much easier to use than other solutions and range of optimisations and tools is very handy. Highly recommend.

My experience with Loop has been great! It was very simple to install to my website and customer service is very responsive and helpful. I ran into a slight issue installing the subscription to my website but they fixed the problem for me immediately. I highly recommend Loop for your subscription services.
