Loop Subscriptions App

We moved from ReCharge to Loop for the extra customizability and control over the plans we offer to our customers and their journey. So far we're seeing higher quality leads and improvements to our churn rate.

If there's one app for subscriptions, THIS IS IT! After migrating from another in the last few days, this has been an eye opener. Leaps and bounds better! Support have been very helpful throughout.

Loop is a brilliant app so far and the difference with our previous solution is noticeable. The Loop team has been present and supportive in our setting up journey and especially Abel's help has been extremely valuable. We highly recommend Loop as a subscriptions app.

My experience with Loop has been great! It was very simple to install to my website and customer service is very responsive and helpful. I ran into a slight issue installing the subscription to my website but they fixed the problem for me immediately. I highly recommend Loop for your subscription services.

After having used some other popular subscription solutions, we highly recommend Loop. There are other decent solutions out their, but based on price, support, functionality, and ease-of-use, we believe Loop is the best by far. The Loop team is incredible - they're so helpful and responsive. We have many subscribers, and migrating to a new subscription platform was daunting. But Loop made it easy and was very proactive about getting us through each step. Dealing with my old subscription provider could be frustrating because you have to go through their chatbot and then submit a ticket. But with the Loop team, we were able to get on Zoom right away, and they will never leave you hanging. The application itself is 100x more user-friendly than our old subscription provider.

It has been a fantastic experience working with Loop. Support team is extremely knowledgable and action-oriented. I reported a small, harmless bug where a dashboard wasn't loading in numbers, and they created an entire report / investigation into why it happened. They really do care about their merchants. The platform itself is excellent. Super easy to use/setup. You're in good hands with Loop. Nothing but good things to say.

Easy to install and if support is needed, they take care of you well. So far the app is working just as is should.

Great app and the support have improved since started. They always help to ensure the widgets are in place for every updated Been here for 1 year and 9months wow how time flies but to further elaborate and hope this review helps someone who is starting out on shopify and searching for an app to start the subscription base community. I totally understand the confusion with so many apps and reviews can be confusing at times especially when capital is restricted and cant afford any setbacks. As a holistic brand this app works perfectly for me plus integrates with most apps including email marketing. You will need to learn how to use features according to your business plan however its well worth it. I hope my revoew helps someone out there

The best. Seamless experience. We had some pretty complex requests and EVERYTHING was handled promptly and perfectly by the fantastic team at Loop. We have been with recharge for years before this. There is no comparison. These guys are pros - highly recommend. Special shout out to Atul who helped me accomplish something I've been failing to do for years in less than 20 minutes.

Their customer service is unmatched. Whenever I had an issue using the app I would get a response very fast and the team was super nice answering any questions. The UX is great for both the customers and the store end. Highly recommend!

Ok so let me just start with their support team, they are THE BEST, I was working on a website at 5am EST, and I had a bit of an issue installing the app, so I emailed them and they replied so quickly. They fixed and reinstalled the app in a matter of seconds. Thank you guys!!!! I will recommend this app and add it into all the websites I work on if needed.

The Loop team was incredible to work with from the very first call and all the way through to completion of our migration away from Recharge. Loop gives us the flexibility we need to provide the best subscription experience for our customers. We demoed software from several providers and Loop was far and away the best choice for us.

Couldn't be happier after moving over from Recharge. It loads quicker, handles multicurrency and customer service is excellent.
