The subscription app is a breeze and a huge plus for my store! The customer service is spot on and they are sooooo helpful and QUICK to reply to any issues or questions. If you don't have this app, I highly suggest it!

We had a subscription option available on our website for a while, over a year now, and we used competitor's app for recurring orders first, but over the time it created a lot of accounting issues that made us look for a change. The way other apps work - they create hidden, duplicated listings of all SKUs which are not visible for customers, but are existing in the system, and when customers place recurring order, the duplicated SKU is being sold. Because of that, stock level is not synchronised automatically, so we had situations when the item is sold out, but recurring SKU is still active, and customers' orders are not being stopped, and as a result we don't have stock to fulfil the order. Same goes for any changes on the product, whenever you make any, you need to go back to recharge app and re-sync the products. But, the main issue for us began as we started working with Unleashed stock management software. In Unleashed you can't have two products with the same SKUs, the orders are being imported automatically from Shopify, so all of the recurring orders had errors and didn't get imported. This has caused huge discrepancies in the stock levels on the platform vs in real life. I did a research on different apps and Loop turned to be the only one which could solve all mentioned issues. Loop creates recurring orders on existing SKUs instead of duplicating them, so that if you make any changes or some product goes out of stock, all information is already there and up to date. And of course, all orders were imported to Unleashed correctly as soon as we switched.

This is an overall great program that continues to improve weekly. Piyush and Vivek are incredibly helpful and have spent lots of time customizing Loop Subscriptions to meet our needs. Their customer support may be the best in the industry. The subscription software itself has helped us automate our subscriptions which was turning into an arduous, daily task. I highly recommend it. I have used many subscription apps and Loop is by far the best and most competitively priced. The team is incredibly responsive, positive, and has a fantastic support culture that has made the app critical to our business. We've been able to take advantage of several custom Loop features that aren't available with Recharge (among others). A huge thanks to your team for an amazing app!

This app provided exactly what we needed for our subscription service. We went through so many different apps before we found Loop. Loops ability to chose an anchor date and have a cut off period were critical to our needs. The service was EXCELLENT and very quick. Our subscription service is unique and we needed some help setting things up at the start ....we found the service great and it really eased the integration of loop within our store. Highly recommend this app. Great service, reasonable fees, and great functionality.

A fantasitc add-on for shopify store owners looking to impletement Subscriptions. Which is a great way to ensure regular payments. There were A few niggles in the set up, but mainly becasue i have a customised theme.... The support team is second to none, so even if you feel a little frutrated, these guys will not only ensure you have excelelent customer & support services but will also work with other app owners to work thru any issues..... I can wait to see how these guys continue to develop this app.

From the first day of downloading Loop, the customer support has been excellent. Despite having a few issues within the first couple days, Loop always replied fast and solved the issues. Loop provides everything I need for my subscription-based business. Would definitely recommend this to anyone who needs to add subscriptions to their website.

Rakshit and his colleague have been an absolute joy to work with. They made it easy to install the app, supported step by step along the way and still available if any questions come up. They are very attentive to their customers and keen to enhance the features around the customers requirement. I don't know why anyone would say anything bad about them as those two are super helpful and taking their time to listen! And the service is A+ - something rare to find in this ocean of apps. Plus, they seem to be always available. For a SME like us, this is important to provide ongoing support and be available even over the weekend. Because, when do we ever stop working and it does not feel like work if you partner with people like these two. Keep up the good work!

This app is a JOKE. There is NO customer service. They do not contact you ever. They just keep sending "schedule a call" emails but then push your call off over and over. And all call times are between midnight and 4am. I'm convinced that all reviews were entered by this company.

Stoked with the Loop app. It has all that I needed, no more, no less. It is simple to navigate, looks good in the product field and the dashboard does what it should. Initially I couldn't see the subscription option on the live product page. I scheduled a call to chat with support, and right on time Rakshit was there on the chat and we got everything sorted. We quickly determined it was an issue with my Konversion theme - it needed an extra little bit of coding (many of my apps have needed this step with this theme. Rakshit took the wheel and in a few moments it was sorted, then we had a yarn about additional features and ways I can incorporate it into other products. I am very happy with Loop and the customer service was brilliant. You can be confident that they are smart and they care!
