Easy setup and user-friendly. The staff is amazing ad very kind. I really advise the App. You can create a multiply selling plan and easily choose the countries where for example you want to offer free shipping.

We were using the Recharge subscription app for over a year and after I found Lopp Subscriptions. I gave a chance to Loop and the app is much better than Recharge. The support is very friendly and always here to help on the same day. The Customer Portal is very good with many options.

If you EVER look for a subscription service/app or if you want to migrate from another subscription service, stop looking right now!! Loop has not only helped us to seamlessly migrate from a subscription big player (worst experience ever) to their platform; they also spent hours and hours to support that migration and made sure everything went well without any issues at all. Response times were usually under a minute and they even built full integrations for other services on our request within one week. Try them out - you won't be disappointed!

After researching many membership subscription apps in the Shopify app store we decided to go with Loop. App configurability and buying membership subscriptions through Shopify checkout were key features that we were looking for. Loop app came with most of the features covered out of the box. All specific features to the business were delivered by the Loop team within days after aligning features specifications. The team is very prompt with their response to our support requests and they know their business well. Would definitely recommend the app to any membership e-com out there.

After a year of research and trials, this app was the only one to allow us to launch subscription on our shop in France. The support team is super reactive and reply within minutes. Looking forward to continue working with these people.

Have tested a lot off subscription apps before. But after check Loop i am understand that i can't find anything better. Nice APP. Very cool support. Help me to fix all issues with my custom theme. Thank you Guys.

So far, I am loving Loop for my new subscription box and subscribe and save products! In the past, I've used Recharge for subscription products, but setting up the Loop integration is much more user-friendly. I also love that it's a seamless checkout process for my customer through Shopify payments. I had some technical difficulties with the widget when it was first installed, but I contacted the Loop support team and they fixed it quickly!

I'm using the free plan and had some trouble getting the widget settings to do what it said it would do. Customer service was quick to help me fix the problem, and now my product page looks just as I want it to!

So far, it's all I could have asked for a subscription app--easy to set up, communicates with customers and gives me statistics and feedback. If you have a business and need to set up customers for an easy, regular buy-back, this is perfect!

This app was super easy to install, had everything we needed, along with excellent customer service! Piyush immediately reached out with support, was quick to respond and offer excellent suggestions. I've tried a few different subscription apps and this one is the best so far!
