Loop Subscriptions App

We recently migrated to LOOP and thus far could not be more happy. The migration and onboarding team (led by Shivam Sen Kumar) is among the best we've ever encountered in this space -- knowledgeable, responsive, diligent in setting and meeting deadlines. A+++. While it is early days, the app itself also seems to be a huge upgrade over our prior subscription app -- far easier to implement, better UI/UX for our customers and great support. We are excited for next steps with LOOP.

We have a large subscriber base and many payment tokens that needed to be migrated from Wordpress to Shopify. The Loop team managed and executed that technically complex and tedious process exceptionally well without loss of revenue or inconvenience to our staff and customers. The Loop Subscription App is awesome. The features are easy to customize. As an addon, it has a great support team. I got an issue with the integration and it got resolved in minutes.
