LoyaltyLion: Rewards & Loyalty

I have tried MANY reward apps! This is the *absolute best* Reward program out there for shopify store owners in my opinion. I never write reviews (I know I should) but I am so in love with this app and how I get to specify the exact features I want to use and pay for, and the ones I do not need to save money. Other reward apps will only allow for like 50 orders in their base plan, or 50 new customers. Problem with that is the orders who only buy a single small value item; or if based on just new customers, then most of them are signing up for the program for points, but not buying anything. I love this app because it's absolutely free no matter how many customers/orders you have, but you get to choose your own plan of how to reward the customers, which is also really affordable! An example: Pay $10/month, you get a feature added to reward customers for reviews they make; Pay another certain amount a month, you get a feature added to reward customers for their birthdays. There are a ton of ways to customize this app, and I adore it so much! Please keep up the amazing work, LoyaltyLion!

We shopped a lot of different loyalty programs. LL was the best for Shopify by far. The integration is seamless and it works with Klaviyo and Recharge.

We tested a bunch of loyalty apps and this one was the best by far. They all operate somewhat similarly, converting points to discount codes, but Loyalty Lion is great because it displays the customer's points right from the widget. Kasia and her team were super responsive during the trial period to get us up and running and answer every question we had. Highly recommended.

Ottima app. Per i clienti italiani informo che tutte le scritte che volete far apparire sul vostro sito o le email sono modificabili e in italiano. Il pannello amministrativo rimane in inglese ma è semplice da utilizzare. Se avete bisogno di aiuto, grazie alla chat, avrete tutte le info possibili. Molto attenti e disponibili. So far we are absolutely loving the customer service with Loyalty Lion. I hope once we launch we can continue to get the support . So far I am extremely impressed and excited to launch this. Once it gets going we will definitely update our review.

Support from Lottie and Cecillia are superb! Swift and fully understand what customer means. Live chat support help out lots faster. Migrating and set up everything just took me an hour from start to launch! Interface was easy to use and understand, analysis dashboard is pack with information

Been using it for several months and has worked well for us, just make sure names or emails are spelled exactly like they are written including punctuation or it won't grab them under members :)

I've been really impressed with this App to date. In particular the customer support is proactive and very present (not on line chat but available straight away on the phone). A flexible and well considered app.

So far this app works great for us. I am happy to see that the developers finally decided to offer it for free. They also have "cafeteria" style option where you can build from the free plan and choose ways for your customers to earn points that suit your business. That's a big plus for us! Being able to embed the app into a page and edit css is also a plus.

This is a fantastic app! We were really looking for a way to drive engagement with our customers and this is it. Not only do we get to award loyalty points for purchases, but points can be earned for a multitude of other activities. The dashboard is very straightforward and intuitive to use and the pop-up box that the customer sees is very slick and professional.
