Our lead person went away on holiday just after we signed up. Maybe we might not get the handoff done as we hoped. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the next person, Reya, was just as nice and amazing at her job. She completed the setup ahead of time, and even though we have glitches with Shopify, the Loyalty Lion portion looks and works amazingly. Thank you to the whole team.

We onboarded with LoyaltyLion about 8 months ago and have had a great experience with their team thus far. Our customer success manager, Hannah Cook, has been incredibly helpful and eager to guide us towards hitting our KPIs with her extensive knowledge of the program's features.

This app it's honestly the best! From start to finish you are supported by a designated onboarding manager, ours was Reya and she was great at helping us set up. The process is seamless, we were initially worried at how we were going to move all of our data from our original loyalty app to LoyaltyLion but it was easy! Well...Reya did it! As well as Reya, there a few guys from design who helped us build our custom page and they had loads of options, styles & other brand examples to choose from. Now we are up and running we are delighted with the way it looks and functions.

Incredibly easy onboarding process thanks to Reya! Really looking forward to seeing how our repeat customer rates increase and how much our customers will love this loyalty program. Loyalty Lion made our transition from our previous loyalty app provider incredibly smooth. From onboarding to setup, the entire process was seamless and well-organized, with a series of helpful orientation calls to guide us through each step. A special shoutout to Sammy, who was extremely responsive and supportive—especially when it came to implementing the custom features we needed. The migration was impressively quick, with no disruptions to our customers, who didn’t notice any changes on their end. We were able to successfully launch our new loyalty program within just a month. Truly impressed with the level of service and professionalism from the Loyalty Lion team!

Really great experience working with the loyalty lion team, particularly Sammy with the onboarding process! Made everything super easy, explained everything really well and made it a seamless process integrating the platform onto our Shopify store. We’ve had one of the best onboarding experiences ever thanks to LoyaltyLion! We were on a tight two-week deadline to get fully up and running, and not only did the LoyaltyLion team rise to the challenge—they exceeded every expectation. Our onboarding specialist, Jason, was absolutely incredible! He guided us through every step with such clarity and efficiency that the entire transition was seamless! Even with platforms that take a full month to onboard, we’ve had headaches in the past—but not with LoyaltyLion! Even rushed, the process was smooth, supportive, and completely free of hiccups. We felt confident from day one that we were in the right hands to get this done under such a tight schedule. Now that we’re live, our loyalty program is running beautifully. It’s easier for our customers to use and far more intuitive on the back end for our team, too. We’re so happy to be using a platform that’s not only powerful and has so many great features, but also backed by such excellent support. Jason, and the other members of the Support team that we’ve been able to work with have all been so friendly, helpful, knowledgable, and quick to answer any questions we have and offer suggestions to make our program even better. We’re already seeing the benefits one week in, and are excited to keep building on this foundation to improve our customer journey, deepen brand loyalty, and raise our average order value! Das Tool hilft bei der Verwaltung von Treueprogrammen und ist sehr intuitiv zu bedienen. Neue Stufen und Belohnungen können einfach eingerichtet und bearbeitet werden. Darüber hinaus ist es eine große Hilfe, dass man die Churn- und Winback-Segmente nicht selbst selektieren muss, da LoyaltyLion hier bereits viel Arbeit für einen erledigt. Auch unser Kundensupport, Hannah Yaffe, ist sehr professionell und hilfsbereit bei allen Problemen.
