We worked with the Loyalty Lion team to launch our rewards program. we have been working with them for a year now and I am very happy with their support, education, and guidance. Jason and Luana have been a massive help to us. We had to navigate through our store's complicated systems to find a solution that made sense for our business. They were able to support us after hours when we launched due to our time difference and were very responsive to any issues or last-minute questions we had. I also wanted to mention they have an abundance of content for our design team to work with which helped massively.

We've loved switching over to LoyaltyLion and working with Vicky as a CSM! She has been extremely helpful with recommendations to help us get some quick wins, as well as helping to think of longer-term improvements. In general Loyalty Lions support team has been extremely helpful and gives great step-by-step instructions on how to use their platform and make any customizations.

Loyalty Lion is exactly what we needed from a rewards program - offering currency conversion, as well as many other features which their competitors could not. From sales to onboarding with Jason (who's fantastic, by the way), we've been incredibly well supported in bringing our dream loyalty program to life. It's become a great asset to our company and the response of our customer base has been phenomenal.

We had a great experience onboarding LoyaltyLion Rewards program on our site, with a very quick turnaround. Our onboarding manager dove right in and gave us great ideas, support in setting up the backend and was very quick to answer any technical questions we had. We are excited to see how this program works for our brand and website, but so far onboarding LoyaltyLion has been a seamless, easy and quick experience.

Vicky has been SO wonderful as our new CSM! She has listened to our teams needs and helped us hone in on the low hanging fruit that bring quick wins for our program. On top of having a great CSM on our side, Loyalty Lion also has a lot of helpful resources that make adopting new program features easy and attainable. The onboarding support that we received throughout the integration of the app with our store was excellent: the team were accessible, swift with their communication and extremely helpful. The app itself has only been running for a short while, so too soon to evaluate its effectiveness, but first impressions are good and we like the fact that we can customise certain elements to make the look our own, and we also like that integrates with our mail program.

Sammy Newton has been nothing short of extraordinary in our onboarding process. He's been so patient and guiding through our process. He's been proactive in checking in on our launch progress and has been so helpful in answering ALL the many questions I threw at him. We also restructured our program in the middle of launch and he was super helpful during everything. He's been such a pleasure to work with too!

We have just completed our onboarding with Jonathan and the experience was incredible! He was super helpful from a strategy standpoint and was quickly able to guide us on any questions related to best practices and loyalty page customizations. We had a quick timeline for launch and we successfully hit it thanks to his help. Overall, we are very happy with the LoyaltyLion platform and our onboarding experience!

We´ve been working with Loyaltylion app for a few years now and it has definitely helped us bring in more revenue. Our clients love to purchase knowing they will win points and have a discount for future purchases. The customer service is great and on our plan we count with a specialist that gives us new ideas and we can have monthly meetings to revise all the features and see if there is room for improvement.

Jason was very helpful during our onboarding process. The platform was easy to integrate with our tech deck. I do wish there were a few more actions pre-built and didn't require custom dev from our team. You can only connect to one Attentive account so we can't offer points for SMS sign-ups for other countries.

Hannah has been a great strategic partner assisting us in finding creative, tactical ways to leverage the program to meet our company goals.
