We appreciate your feedback. The custom Shopify theme you’re using handles image carousels in a way that prevents Lucky Orange from capturing visitor data. Additionally, your refund has been issued, and we appreciate your patience. As I mentioned in my email, we had to wait for Shopify to charge you before we could issue the refund.
