I’ve been using an app that tracks user activity on my website, allowing me to access key insights like the most visited pages, heatmaps, number of visits, return rates, and, best of all, a live view of visitors navigating the site. The app works seamlessly and has become essential for people like me who have recently launched a store. It helps us understand visitor behavior and identify what works and what doesn’t, enabling us to make necessary adjustments based on real data. Additionally, the app is incredibly intuitive, so I didn’t even need to reach out for support.

This app is unexpectedly great! It does an excellent job of tracking customer behavior. The visual design is unique, and the interface is clean and user-friendly. There are still a few areas I'm a bit confused about, but I'm looking forward to exploring them further.

Just onboarding at the moment and would recommend the on-boarding call. Emilia took notice of what I had out in the call notes and answered my questions on Clarity vs LO with great clarity. Much better than just being bombarded with a standard 'death by PowerPoint'

Overall works really well, sometime the captured video shows up a little strange, but not that major

Easy install, very fast support response and plenty of analytics to help understand traffic and behavior. It's only been about 1 week so there is still a lot to examine and learn but so far Lucky Orange appears like a great choice.
