Been really impressed with them and it's been a game-changer for our website. I love how I can see exactly how visitors interact with our pages every day and it's helped us spot little issues we never noticed before, and fixing them has boosted our conversions.The customer support team deserves a shout-out too - they're always quick to respond and super helpful. It's been worth every penny for us.

Lucky Orange has given us some excellent insights on our newly launched US-based site. It was very quick and easy to set up and it immediately helped us to identify an issue with bots exploiting our Google ads. We literally spend hours on Lucky Orange using it to help identify what our customers are interested in and where the pain points are. We love it!

Me encanta esta herramienta porque podemos conocer el comportamiento de los usuarios cuando navegan el sitio y así saber si el flujo de compra es fácil o si se están atorando con algo pero además me encanta el feature de surveys porque podemos saber más de lo que el cliente necesita y con el mínimo esfuerzo !

I've been using Lucky Orange on and off for a few years now and have not found an app that is as intuitive and easy to use as Lucky Orange to view what my customers are looking at. Having an exceptional website is crucial in this era of marketing as the standards for e-commerce are as high as ever in consumers' eyes. Lucky Orange allows me to understand the pains and weaknesses in my website. Its new AI feature is also great! Customer service is super responsive and effective at solving my problems. Highly recommend, and you should have Lucky Orange forever as long as your e-commerce website is up.

So far I've had a great experience using Lucky Orange with my shopify store. It's helped me to learn about user behavior on my site and has already led to making adjustments to address issues that I've observed. The ability to view individual user behavior as they click on pages, links or scroll through a page has been invaluable for helping me to approach my site design in a new way. Highly recommend.

Love the intuitive set up-in a business where my time is everything that is a massive win.
