Good app but would be preferable if it was accessible directly on shopify and not on a separate weblink. Also it does not seem to record accurately all visitors.

Honestly as a small buisness owner this is a must have, It literally has everything you could think of. Like heatmaps, and stuff. Its really cool how you can view customer sessions to see how they use your website

Lucky Orange hilft definitiv, das Nutzerverhalten zu verstehen und den Onlineshop basierend darauf zu optimieren. Das Dashboard ist übersichtlich. Einzig die begrenzte Anzahl der getrackten Sitzungen pro Monat finde ich ein bisschen ärgerlich.
Es klingt, als hättest du direkt in die Einblicke eintauchen können und Wege gefunden, deine Website zu verbessern. Ich würde gerne hören, wie der direkte Blick auf das Verhalten und die Erfahrungen der Kunden einen so großen Unterschied für deinen Shop machen kann. Bezüglich der begrenzten Anzahl an Sitzungen würden wir uns freuen, uns zu verbinden, um einen Plan zu finden, der sowohl zu deinem Budget als auch zu deinen Verkehrsbedürfnissen passt. LO is a good way to track visits, however, not all visits record and/or play. The conversion funnels and analytics are helpful tools to see where visitors drop off and to check how successful social media campaigns were to drive traffic to our site.
It sounds like you’ve been able to dive right into the insights and find ways to improve your website. BEWARE. Don't hit your limit, any data on your account is inaccessible (including history) making the app useless. Reached out to customer service and was ignored. There's a no refund policy, so once the transaction goes through, your money is gone. Since I hit the limit in a day (not realizing anything and everything is counted towards the sessions), I have literally a day each month to see my data and then it's gone. Trapped for a year in this scenario. The bad experience does not incentivize me to upgrade, as I don't want to give them anymore of my money. It's not worth it.

It didnt work for our Impact theme, the hole recording is gliched so we sadly could not use the replays feature. The support said, its currently a bug but it will not be fixed right now. There was no more effort to try and fix my issue. I asked for a refund since the app is not wokring like intended, that was over a month ago, i was charged with 40€ even after chainging the plan to free. I even have the promis for the refund written, on email, but sadly that has not happened jet. Dissapointed to say the least
We appreciate your feedback. The custom Shopify theme you’re using handles image carousels in a way that prevents Lucky Orange from capturing visitor data. Additionally, your refund has been issued, and we appreciate your patience. As I mentioned in my email, we had to wait for Shopify to charge you before we could issue the refund.
