Lucky orange have been a useful tool to track interactions and behaviour. But there are big improvements that need to be made for the extension to work fully properly.

During just the 7 day trial I was able to view recordings of customers navigating my website and create tangible next steps. I realized which apparel designs I should prioritize in restocking first as I saw people were not ordering due to those out of stock sizes. There were pages and link on my site I needed to update with either new products or missing items. I was also able to notice that two of our mug designs were getting more clicks/views than I thought, so I made sure to prioritze their visibility and create more content to promote them and place them top of mind for customers. So many great insights with this app!

So far this app has been helpful in identifying areas on the website we need to improve by seeing at what stage do visitors leave our site. I added a second site to Lucky Orange and the Emilia was super patient and helpful with the installation as I was having some difficulty.
There’s nothing quite like the feeling when you see exactly what’s stopping more visitors from turning into customers. Honestly I am still new to this app and to Shopify. But from what I have experienced so far I am very grateful for lucky orange and the information it can provide me. I rated 5 stars because so far I found it easy to navigate and I am using the free version and finding it working well for my needs. I am looking forward to using it more

Der Einstieg ist sehr einfach und man wird gut geführt. Das simple Handling ist ein großes Plus. Auch installation usw. ist super einfach! Lob dafür! Für eine vollumfassende Auswertung liegen mir noch zu wenige Daten vor, aber ich bin sehr positiv angetan vom Look. Sehr viel besser als Konkurrenzprodukte! Danke und lieben Gruß

This app is full of good information to track what users are doing on your Web site. And the recordings allow you to see the actual clicks. Very helpful in our continual Web site improvement.

I would recommend this app to everyone. Every penny is worth it. Its so easy to use and it has helped me alot for my business. I can see where my customers and getting stuck which things need updates, so much helpfull

We previously used HotJar, but changed over to Lucky Orange due to the integration with Shopify. Glad we did! It is much easier to you and and has a lot more features available. Really like the filters and heat maps for both desktop and mobile. In addition, like the customer profile information to see repeat customers within the data storage limit. I was very impressed with how the break out the events and provide tagging as well. Highly recommend!

Lucky Orange is such a hidden gem! We had an onboarding call with Justin Tomlinson who showed us all the features of the app and I'm blown away! I'm especially impressed by the heatmap feature and the recordings as I know it'll help us find areas of improvement. Justin was very patient and answered all our questions.
