I’m learning so much about my site visitors. Lucky Orange is a great tool to analyze consumer behaviors and experience on your business site. I highly recommend small businesses learning from their integration with Shopify and any other platforms that they work with. Lovely!

10/27/23 Update: I'm going to update my review to 4 stars. I used the previous version for almost 2/3 years and unfortunately, this version doesn't have the tagging and consistently fetches images which diminishes the quality of the recordings. I'll respond to the email. Since they've upgraded, I've spent 3 days going back and forth with their support to get this app to work. I wouldn't recommend this application.

Really interesting software. So much fun being able to watch how customers interact with our website!! And being notified of rage clicks etc. This is a really useful piece of software; now I need to learn how to use it to its full potential!

Very informative app! The videos help me see where customers are going on my website and also if they have any issues. I have been able to correct some links on my website after noticing on videos that customers were clicking on links that did not open (rage clicks). I am still assessing other ways this app can help my website. It is worth adding to your website.

I'd say Lucky Orange is in my top 3 best apps for any new ecommerce store owner. It is easy to use and I learn so much about optimising my store by just using the app. I LOVE it! Highly recommend it - it is easy to use, super insightful and the friendliest customer service!

This app is the best in class and it’s very useful. The only issue is sometimes it doesn’t get the screen recordings properly showing blank screen and I cannot see customers’ behavior but other than that it’s pretty aesthetic and easy to use!

Had issues with downgrading from their free plan - kept getting an error message and their support took days to get back to me. I'm updating my review because they made sure I was taken care of and even offered to call me directly to go over what was happening. I appreciated their extra effort to make sure this was corrected. We have used Lucky Orange for years and never had any issues until this year. Not sure if something is broken between Shopify and Lucky Orange that does not allow you to downgrade to their free plan.

Pros: - Exceptional customer service - Most robust user behavior plug-in I have found for Shopify - Includes Funnels for more in-depth tracking - Safe with our data and customer data Cons: - Can only include one event at each step in a funnel. I would love to have multiple events at one step of a funnel with an OR statement so that you can build a funnel based on several possible selections - Doesn't include a way to view common customer paths, one of the most useful features we had in Google Analytics Other note: It turns out there are limitations on what data Shopify will share within checkout to any third-party plugin. If you want to create a funnel based on elements within the checkout process, no app has access to do so. Not a con for Lucky Orange, more a con for Shopify.

I decided to download this app as I have been having problems with my traffic not staying long enough on my site. It is a really good tool to look into this, with many features that can be used as you develop insight. Most importantly, the customer service is AMAZING! I have never experienced customer service like this before on another app. I booked an onboarding call, and Jordan took the time to carefully walk me through the app, and also listened to my queries with patience. Lucky Orange is great; the more you use it, the easier it is and its really simple to understand, yet powerful. It tells you so much and helps in different ways, all displayed with clarity. Ive reached out for some info via the App and i was responded to very quickly and was a real personable service. Recommend for sure..
