Not sure what's happening with Lucky Orange but they stopped responding from the support line, the support feature doesn't work, and we've had countless issues with recording not loading or showing. Since the beginning the recording / replay feature has been spotty, but we lived with it. Switching to a new app.

As mentioned in our last email to you on Sept. 1, our team quickly identified the issue you experienced and pushed an update immediately. We've reviewed your interactions with our support team and most of your inquiries received a response within hours, with the longest time it took us to respond being the following business day. Easy install. In a few minutes you can see recordings already. With Shopify and GA4 events directly visible. Good app.
Combining Lucky Orange with Shopify and GA4 is an impressive trio with incredible potential. Are you using our GA4 integration as well? If so, you can pass events from GA4 into Lucky Orange and from Lucky Orange into GA4. You'll love it! If you need any assistance, we're always here! I can't register and log in. I've tried many times. What's going wrong? I've heard of others who seem to be doing the same

Have had for only 5 days but the app has already proved immensely useful. Simple to use, great onboarding process (Jordan is great), and seamless integration. Being able to see how customers are navigating our site is extremely powerful.

I have had great customer support lately. I love the filtering and visuals, as well as in depth look at what customers are doing live and seeing recordings of heat maps. I didn't recognize that some portions of my old plan were bottlenecking our results to view, so I upgraded. Thanks Emilia for the suggestion.
