I must say that this app is Excellent!! So many features that I did not know were part of the app. It's a great way for me to improve my customer experience when visiting my Shopify store.

Our company had been looking into Lucky Orange for a month before while we were doing a site redesign, and we are more than happy we decided to move forward with them. My onboarding call with Justin was excellent. He answered all my questions, showed me some great features, and even worked with me on some creative ways to use surveys. I've also reached out to customer service a few times and in each session, my issues are resolved in a timely manner. All of the associates are friendly and knowledgeable. It's been about a week and we're already learning so much about our site and user experience. I look forward to diving more into Lucky Orange as we grow our business.

To say this was a game changer would the understatement of the year. We quickly realized where our conversion weaknesses were and created a strategy for three different types of sessions that we were seeing. The info was positively invaluable and we are currently overhauling several aspects of the site based on this data which we believe will have a positive impact on conversion. The user experience is so simple and intuitive for novices, as well. It was a snap to learn. Highly highly recommend.

The app is good, but the support is bad, i am having wrong data going to different stores, i have been sending emails to the support team but there is no proper response. their live chat support also doesn't work 99.99% of time they are offline.

Lucky Orange provides a wide breadth of data and insights to understand how customers are interacting with our website. The heat maps are great and easy to comprehend. They also have many other tools that were a welcome value add! Super easy set up and customer service has been great.

Lucky Orange support team was super helpful!!! Loved how they were quick to answer all my questions and even were willing to help me set up my account via zoom calls. They were so accommodating :) The app is great so far, easy to navigate and watch session replays - love that you can speed up the replays and skip inactivity.
