l'application fonctionnait jusqu'au jour j'ai payer un abonnement, du jour ou lendemain l'application ne fonctionne plus et je n'ai pas réussi à contacter le service client !

We've been using Lucky Orange for the past 5 years and have had a great experience. Their interface allows us to watch our clients journey through our site, highlights where they are going and what buttons they are clicking on. It's allowed us to re-frame our layout to give our clients the best experience possible and ultimately lead to more conversions. Bradley and his team are amazing, highly recommend!

I am very satisfied with the Lucky Orange App. It is amazing to have so much data on user interactions with my shopify site and this data can really be used to optimze a store. I love watching the video recording sessions of customer interactions as well as seeing the heatmap. It was great that Lucky Orange wanted to have a short introduction call shortly after the app was installed. Emilia was so helpful and really explained how to use the app and the data obtained from it - thank you Emilia! So glad I installed this app! Arnoux vdW

The app is an absolute rip-off, it doesn't let you see your past visitors when you run out of viewer credit and forces you to upgrade to even see your old data... very disappointing
You should still see data for visitors you’ve already tracked without having to upgrade as long as it is within your plan’s data retention window, which is 30 days for the plan you’ve selected. If you’re not seeing that data, please check to make sure you haven’t uninstalled our app (which makes it unable for you to access your data) and that you’re not searching for data that is beyond your 30-day retention window. We’ve reached out to you to help you with this issue. If you’re still having issues accessing your data after checking the above steps, just respond back to one of our messages and we’d be happy to help you out. Bradley from Lucky Orange

Easy to install and very responsive customer service. The product products very useful reports and intelligence on traffic on our website.
There’s nothing quite like the feeling when you see exactly what’s stopping more visitors from turning into customers. There is so much information within Lucky Orange that a couple of clicks through the app certainly do not do it justice. We are most excited to examine more closely the customer behavior online. The screen captured videos of every customer's experience on the website is very cool. It will enable us to target very specific areas of website communication that other wise we would not know. Great product!

Great App, heatmap really interesting in order to know where people click. You can as well watch live your visitor and create custom events based on an action (ex: clicking a button) And support present ! :)

Heatmaps didn't work with country redirects, so not what we needed. I tried to contact support via chat about this, but no luck. When we canceled we thought we could continue to use recordings, but they terminated the account even though we had 2 weeks left, that we had payed for. Can't recommend this to anyone, and would recommend Microsoft Clarity that is FREE.
Thank you for your feedback. Based on your help ticket, our team responded less than an hour after it was initially received. As mentioned in our email exchange, you are using our Classic app which closes the account once the plan is canceled. This information is included in a pop-up that requires you to acknowledge this policy prior to cancellation. Our new app does provide account access for the remainder of the plan following cancellation. We would be happy to discuss this further. Please respond to our last email to continue our conversation. We would still like to reactivate your account for the remaining days within your plan and get to the bottom of your heatmap issues. I look forward to connecting soon, Bradley from Lucky Orange
