The app os far is very insightful. I have made changes to my website based on the interactions I've observed using Lucky Orange. Every bit helps with an online store. This app is another great tool.

So far, I feel that Lucky Orange is a great beginners tool to analyze data (such as heat maps) and improve your shop over time. Lucky Orange is definitely scalable and I am excited to see where it takes my shop.

We just added Lucky Orange to our Shopify account and it seems to be very user friendly and detailed. We need a reliable way to track our page views, traffic etc. in order to improve and update our site.

Fantastic app. Sometimes it doesn't show accurate data but we get responses from their support pretty quick and resolve it. For the money this is a no-brainer. Support is a bit lacking bc they hide the support button.

I've used Lucky Orange for the past 3 shopify website I've set up! it works great, easy to get heatmaps and see where customers clicks but also videos to see the customer journey! highly recommend to add to any new or existing shopify stores!

This app is amazing! Great to see how my customers interact with my site and shows me the pages and products they interact with the most. Customer service is great! Lost service due to an employee messing with the app and Jordan got us back up and going in no time.

I wanted to know how customers were using our website and why our visitors were high but our conversion rate was low. Lucky Orange has a really cool feature where you can watch a screen recording of how customers are interacting with your website. It has been so helpful when trying to determine what we need to do to increase our conversions!

I use this app daily to monitor my ads, what people are coming in from, what posts/ads are driving the traffic and also where they are falling off. I still have a lot to learn on it but I'm excited to keep learning!

They have very helpful customer service Just hopped off a call and the representative was supper nice any question she didn't know she didn't pretend she knew (like a lot of egoistic saas companies) She just authentically answered no one ever asked me that I will need to ask the development team.

I purchased this app for the heat map function, which has proved valuable in making a plan to optimize my customer's journey. Once implemented, I look forward to continuing to use the map to refine that experience. Although I have not yet implemented it, I do plan to selectively use the chat function. In all, the merchant experience with onboarding has been smooth.

I used this app to better monitor user activity on my shopify store. Google Analytics is great for understanding traffic but Lucky orange is better for understanding user behavior.
