We fell in love with this app the moment we downloaded it. Although we haven't launched our store just yet, it's allowed us to test the site with family and friends and see where they have been clicking, what pages they've visited more frequently and also to watch live recordings of their activity on the website, allowing us to make tweaks... most were clicking on the '10% off' banner at the top of the page, which wasn't clickable, so we've now made this clickable etc, which I know which allow actual customers to have a better experience when coming to our site. You can also see browsers they used, the country/city they came from and their rating as a user. There's a free trial, so definitely download that go from there! :)
We love to make our customers walk away saying things like, “We fell in love with this app the moment we downloaded it.” Even pre-launch, Lucky Orange can be incredibly helpful to isolate areas that can be improved. I installed this app on a recommendation from my website coder, Rebecca from Rainy City Marketing. She always recommends apps that she says are "tried and true" and work well. It has been very insightful and we have used it to see if our UX experience is converting optimally. I look forward to digging into the data more. I especially like watching the recordings to gain insight into how people are shopping the site.

This app is probably hands down the best app I have ever installed. Watching how my customers click identified a dozen design flaws instantly. I am literally stunned at what you can learn with Lucky Orange. This is my first 10 mins on the app and I am in love. Going to install it on every website I have built.

It is amazing what this app can do. I love it... Easy to install, and they will give you a free walk-thru to show you how it all works. Awesome customer service after too!

I had a great chat person from LO tell me about half-a-dozen things I could do with LO that I didn't know about. I am psyched to really dig into it now instead of just using it to watch recordings of visitors. Jordan was a great chat specialist.

This app is really great. It gives proper recordings of how leads navigate to your website and you can use this valuable information to recover customers and improve your website. I highly recommend this app! I am using it with Shopify

Stopped working, no reply from support. You used to be able to talk to the owner. All these companies are way too full of themselves. I am using programmers to make changes for a flat fee, don't get suckered into paying monthly fees for apps. It will be 10 years later and you will see all the money you wanted. Stop paying these vultures.

This app used to be awesome, but now it doesn't work at all. No stats--no videos, NADA. I have submitted a request to inquire why it's not working AT ALL and two weeks later no response-but yet I'm being charged. I'm canceling today and don't plan to re-subscribe again.

the heat maps never work. Seems to be a waste of money with no real insights and it seems to slow the site down.

As a small business, we needed to find out why customers were not completing their purchase of certain products. Lucky Orange did that and more. Super easy to install (i.e. no code to install on your website) as it integrates with Shopify and a great tool for any business.

This app is really interesting. It allows you to see what your customers do through either a recording or real time. You can see if they are moving on due to something not working right or if they were expecting something in particular. Still learning how to fully use this app. There's also a live chat feature and a click heatmap.

I love this app. It's cool being able to watch live recordings of what your customers did on your site. It helps you to see what they looked at and where they left. I saw a customer on my site, bail out at shipping time as she didn't want to pay a small amount for shipping. This information is interesting and helped me have confidence in my actual products plus I redesigned my navigation menu as I could see people were getting lost and stuck. It's cool when you leave it open on your desktop computer and you hear a doorbell sound that someone is on your shop looking around. That's really fun. Love using this app.
