I'm fairly new to using this app - but so far so good. It's very powerful - and both the real life view and the recordings have been a huge asset to understanding how users use my site. Customer service is excellent too.

Super easy to use, provides lots of valuable information. Easy to see all data at once, definitely helpful. I found so many mistakes on the store thanks to this app and being able to see the store through a customer's eyes. Highly recommended!

Absolutely amazing app. Been using it for a couple of weeks now and I have to say it's worth every penny I spent into it. Let's you know how to optimize your site, product page - helps with conversions which is the absolute most important thing about a site. Huge props!

Ever since I downloaded and then uninstalled this app. Google Ads thinks it added malware to my site

Also allow to trigger action and study behavior. We had an initial test with the app months ago, but we are ready now to use it full!

Really great app to see what customers are doing on our website. We have been using Luck Orange for a few years now and we were able to solve various bottlenecks by looking to see where our customer would get stuck or leave before making a purchase. What's cool is you don't have to watch the users at live speed. You can fast forward to the critical parts you are looking for. This app is a must have to increase conversions and enhance the customer experience by solving problems you don't know exist.
Discovering how your customers interact with your website can make a huge difference in your ability to identify conversion barriers and increase sales. I'm loving the app. You can see all the movements, as you can see at a glance if someone purchased and you can see live visitors. This is a game changer for our store.

I installed Lucky Orange after reading a great review about it. The app and the support team are incredible. It really helped me to have this installed when I launched, as I was able to see how people were navigating my site, where they were leaving, hotspots, possible confusion points, areas of interest and other great details such as what size they selected, but maybe then didn't put into their cart (where abandoned cart data would pick this up). It was really insightful and provided me with a ton of great knowledge on how to improve my website. Thanks for making such a fantastic app!

I cant live without this app, it helps you to understand your customers. if they are having problems on your website then you can see that and fix it asap. you can also see how they act and do things to help sales with this info. i cant imagine ill ever get rid of this app, its too useful

This app does not work. The support is non existent, has been around 72 hours since I had dropped a query regd the app not showing any data/ not opening up still there is no reply. Please be careful before subscribing to their prepaid plans.

So far so good. I was able to use the live view the other day to help a customer who was having an issue checking out. Overall it has been great to use. Excited to look at the data.
Engaging with your customers in real time is one sure fire way to avoid cart abandonment at checkout. Meeting them where they are at, when they are having a problem is invaluable to their experience and ultimately increases your customers' likelihood to convert.
