the heat maps never work. Seems to be a waste of money with no real insights and it seems to slow the site down.

Lucky Orange is fully committed to transparency into how our technology operates and affects your website. Our code is loaded asynchronously, meaning it does not load on your site until the essential elements like your product pictures, navigation, CTAs and more have loaded and are fully functional. As a small business, we needed to find out why customers were not completing their purchase of certain products. Lucky Orange did that and more. Super easy to install (i.e. no code to install on your website) as it integrates with Shopify and a great tool for any business.

This app is really interesting. It allows you to see what your customers do through either a recording or real time. You can see if they are moving on due to something not working right or if they were expecting something in particular. Still learning how to fully use this app. There's also a live chat feature and a click heatmap.

This app is amazing, I love how deep it goes into whats happening analytically. I love watching the live views. The only problem I have is that it's not always on the ball. I can be on Shopify Home and have 3 visitors on my site but lucky orange says no one online. It's a little glitchy but I'm sure they're ironing out that syncing issue. It's great to see your customer's journey on your store and perfect for spotting trends. Overall, I do actually love it.

I love this app. It's cool being able to watch live recordings of what your customers did on your site. It helps you to see what they looked at and where they left. I saw a customer on my site, bail out at shipping time as she didn't want to pay a small amount for shipping. This information is interesting and helped me have confidence in my actual products plus I redesigned my navigation menu as I could see people were getting lost and stuck. It's cool when you leave it open on your desktop computer and you hear a doorbell sound that someone is on your shop looking around. That's really fun. Love using this app.

The heatmaps take for ever to download the data. And 90% of the time the page crash before the end of the download. I tried to decrease the amount of data by creating a sub segment and request data for only 1 day . But the same thing happened. love the app , so far I am still testing it . its great to see where my clients come from, what they search and finally if they buy or not. will see if it worth keeping the app,I am using the 10 euro contract but no I reach my limit already, don't want to invest more money at the moment.

I'm fairly new to using this app - but so far so good. It's very powerful - and both the real life view and the recordings have been a huge asset to understanding how users use my site. Customer service is excellent too.

Absolutely amazing app. Been using it for a couple of weeks now and I have to say it's worth every penny I spent into it. Let's you know how to optimize your site, product page - helps with conversions which is the absolute most important thing about a site. Huge props!

Ever since I downloaded and then uninstalled this app. Google Ads thinks it added malware to my site

Excellent app and pro-active customer service! I found exactly what I was looking for and thank you Justin to help me! The app adds to interact with customers in crucial moments of their experience.
