We’ve been using Lucky Orange for a while now, and the insights it provides are incredibly valuable. But what truly sets it apart is the amazing support team, especially Bradly, who went above and beyond to help us upgrade to the new version seamlessly. Bradly was not only knowledgeable, but also extremely patient and responsive. He walked us through every step, answered all our questions, and made sure everything was optimized perfectly. The new version is even more intuitive, with enhanced features that are already making a big difference in how we understand user behavior. If you’re on the fence, don’t hesitate. Between the app’s capabilities and the world-class support, Lucky Orange is a must-have for any serious eCommerce store. Highly recommended!

We installed Lucky Orange and were instantly surprised at the level information we were able to obtain. I have always had data but no other tools give you the “why” around the patterns we were seeing. We were able to quickly make a list of web optimization and checkout improvements that we believe will be game changers ! Can’t wait to dig into all the other functionality. Big win for us!
