I work for a kitchen shop with growing online sales and I needed a tool to make better informed decisions. I downloaded Lucky Orange because it has the heatmap tool, which I really wanted to start using. But in addition, it has lots of other measuring tools and resources that will be beneficial to our small business. I scheduled an intro call with Justin, and he was very helpful in showing me the ropes. I'm looking forward to seeing what all Lucky Orange can help us do!

This app was really quick to get integrated to my site, before having the app I used have an idea what customers liked, but after getting this app I was able to see certain products / styles of products that people did not click into much. Heat map also gave good indication on what pages I should focus on improving.

Der Anmeldeprozess ist ne Katastrophe. Gestern noch am Rechner zu Hause angemeldet, heute im Büro komme ich nicht rein. Neues Passwort generiert, no Chance. Ich frage mich, warum die App über eine externe Website läuft und nicht direkt in Shopify? Das nervt.

The app itself worked fine, but I was really disappointed with the cancellation process. After downgrading to the free plan on their website, I was still charged for another month — something I wasn’t expecting. It turns out I also needed to manually delete the app from our shop to fully stop the charges, which wasn’t clearly communicated. It was a frustrating experience, and I wish the process had been more straightforward.

We have initiated a full refund for the most recent charge, which is currently being processed by Shopify. Please be aware that Shopify manages the refund timeline, which can take up to 30 days.
