What a crap! I installed it and was constantly told email not valid. Changed email and tried forgot password and it kept looping into the login page with no way out. I deleted the app, but now I'm worried they start charging me after the free period. So I'm saying this loud now: PLEASE CANCEL MY PURCHASE and work on your lousy logon and Shopify integration page.
Love the software so far as i believe it will help improve our conversion rates

Lucky Orange gives me valuable insights with little work. At a glance each day I can see how many people visited my site, what pages were more visited, and how many people added items to their cart. Love their daily emails that give me this quick rundown and help me find opportunities with my website.

In just 15 minutes I learned more than I ever could from hours of YouTube tutorials. Jordan was energetic, practical, and clearly knows the app inside out. App allowed me to track customers path on my website and make changes that improved my conversion rates. Would be awesome if the app could include conclusions based on the data provided as well.

My Lucky Orange onboarding was excellent. In one session, I learned how to use filters, events, and funnels to see exactly where customers drop off and take action right away. The walkthrough was clear, tailored to our Shopify store, and we even set up custom events on the spot. The interface is intuitive, the insights are powerful, and I’m confident this will help boost conversions. Highly recommend.
