This is a good APP program, although there are some small problems, but the comments made, they can quickly make changes to the program, this is praiseworthy! If possible, I hope to reduce the cost of APP, this is because many SHOPIFY sellers are not very rich, and the global economy is not very good now. If the background can add more languages, such as Chinese, I believe there will be more sellers to support!

Such a amazing help! I had no idea how to submit my app for publishing. The Meganative team logged into my account for me , submitted it and within 24 hours it was live! Soo happy with the support.

This app was very user friendly to get my mobile app set up. The support was amazing. They communicated timely and often. They even provided customizations outside of the basics to help get what we wanted. I highly recommend!

W used this app to spread the store to the mobile front and it did the job. The custom elements are delivered quickly and if you have problems they do a great job at fixing them. Also, they have a nice system for setting up meetings with the support team. The only qualm we have is that it is heavily timezone based. I believe they are based in IST. Since we are based in EST, we could only schedule for morning appointments at 6 AM our time or 11:30 PM our time. If you can make those appointments, however, the payoff is great. The communication is nice and you can quickly get to the heart of the matter and solve the problems you have.

Update: I wanted to update this review. This team is amazing! I often send changes and they are always on top of it with great response! Very happy we chose them! They still do not disappoint. I am very please so far with this APP. Most of all I am happy with the customer service. We've run into a few technical issues and the team here has truly helped get us going. Creating my app was very simple and straightforward, but I ran into snags when it was time to publish it to Apple and Google. When I say the cavalry came in and took care of everything!! Support is INCREDIBLE!!! Due to my schedule, I was unable to respond to them as quickly as they responded to me. They stayed on top of my needs and desires constantly staying in touch with me and letting me know they were there for me. I could not have asked or received better support.
