The process was very simple. I am MUCH more happier with this app then I was my previous one. The pricing for BOTH IOS and Android is fantastic. They were quick to respond and help with problems. LOVE IT!!!!

I used this app for my online beauty and personal care store. The experience was very nice. The support team is very good, highly professional, and prompt in replying. For a nontech guy like me, it is a cakewalk with expert support and help from them. Very nice App

Just amazing! We are an enterprise plan user. App's design and user interface is friendly. So when you are designing the app initially it is easy and intuitive. Great support from team to take care of even minute detail. We had to customise the app as there are some integrations which were not standard. Magenative team were very prompt to offer support. Must download for owners looking to add a mobile app for their website.

First thing to say: EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Any time I got a question or a request they provide just the right service. The APP in general is very easy to customize and navigate through. Haven't had any trouble since we're working with it which is almost a year now.

I am not sure why there are bad reviews on this app. I am using this app now, and it's perfectly working fine. Also, support is great. They were able to do whatever I asked them to do. The developers both Aneesha and Vaibhav were very friendly and flexible to help me fix any issues I faced in the app. They are also continuing helping with any updates I need in the app. I definitely prefer this app than any other expensive apps on Shopify. Thanks from heart..

The people behind the Magenative platform are really helpful and forward-thinking. They took the initiative to help us in customising our app - krakr. There are other providers like Vajru who offer similar services at double the cost. We are really happy with Magenative.

*wanted to have clients use the app for awhile first before writing a review. MageNatives team has worked with us repeatedly to improve our apps and always respond to requests and queries no matter how small. Couldn't ask for better support from third parties we agree to work with. The apps work well and support is everpresent. Keep up the good work.
