La atención al cliente es buena y muy eficiente! Hace muy poco tiempo que publique mi App en AppStore y PlayStore, y he notado algunos detalles en el funcionamiento que no se comportan de manera correcta y también he notado que al configurar la apariencia de la navegación, dicha configuración se carga en una plataforma y en otra no, eh estado informando al equipo de soporte todos estos detalles y la atención ah sido muy efectiva y rápida para solucionar los detalles que no me agradan, y por esta razón estoy muy contento con la aplicación y con el servicio, y por lo tanto creo que tomé la decisión correcta al elegir MageNative!

App is very user friendly you can create your own app from scratch without coding skills and it is integrated already to your website. Plus the support team are very helpful and accommodating!

Great app to make your mobile version of your Shopify store. Guys at Magenative are very helpful and quick in responses. They done bespoke customisation for our app to match same look of our main website, very impersive. We highly recommend this app and support we get from team is top rated.

After an intensive evaluation of the options, we decided to choose Magenative App Builder to transition our app. Among the main reasons we chose Magenative: - Magenative is a consistent provider inside Shopify ecosystem, they have a strong record of other services provided for Shopify users. (Our previous provider was not updated to shopify requirements and was eventually withdrawn from the app store, thus ending our app functionality) - Magenative top tier plan costs approximately 50% less than the other good providers on shopify app store. Since we are a store based in Brazil, the exchange rates really force us to be price oriented - Magenative support is incredible. Once you install the app the support team reaches out to you on Whatsapp and communication flows wonderfully despite the different time zones - Working with Magenative support team we were able to apply specific changes to our app layout and functionality and the team was very opened to hear from us and apply all possible changes - We have ownership over our app. Once Magenative finishes development, they hand over to you the access to both Apple store and Google developer accounts - the app configuration tool on the dashboard is very easy and you can make changes to your app layout easier than making changes to your website. Also, those changes take effect almost immediately I am making this review after launching our app fully functional nearly a month ago and everything looks very consistent. We strongly recommend Magenative app builder specially to international clients outside the USA/North America, which is our case.

The app itself is great and easy to use but the real stars are the support team at MageNative. They are quick to action any updates and have been great at guiding us on this App-journey.

I had a specific vision I was after for my app and Magenative connected me with their entire development team to tweak fine details step by step. Their support team has been available nearly 24/7 and has been able to make every adjustment I requested up to now extremely fast to get the app up and running. Excellent service. After our original app stopped working due to the developer going out of business we were looking for a quick solution to get things back up and running. Mobile App Builder from MageNative was the perfect solution. Their product is easy to use and offers all the functionality you need. Easy and friendly service. Would highly recommend. Worked with me every step of the way and answered several of my questions right away. They would even help during OFF hours and weekends. Im not super tech girl....so they didn't get frustrated with me either LOL -
