I had a great experience creating my app with the developers from MageNative. I had a few questions on some designs and they were happy to schedule a video call to help me navigate the site and talk through some options. Once I completed my design they helped walk me through getting it launched on both Android and iphone app stores.

well - i WOULD not recommend paying 1 year in advance massive ROOKIE mistake on my part - the app has been constantly broken for months at a time. customer service is slow - remedies take months and need constant chasing all of the time and as a current customer who paid 1 year in advance i have not been offered any of the services shown above the navigation has worked probably 3 months out of 12 the products descriptions and variants were not visible for 1 month before i noticed the push navigations are such a faff to schedule its 32 clicks to get one scheduled the list goes on

There are several areas where MageNative fell short for me. First, the platform did not provide any support in creating the initial design for the app. I was restricted to using their preset UI or cloning my web UI, which limited my ability to offer a unique, native mobile experience for my customers. I also noticed significant loading times whenever the application was opened, which impacted the user experience and could potentially affect customer satisfaction. Furthermore, I found their customer support to be wanting. The team appeared overstretched and lacked a firm understanding of my specific needs and concerns. I needed to integrate Facebook and Google SDK, but I'm still waiting for a response from them. This delay has been frustrating. Lastly, the absence of a dedicated manager for my project was disappointing. I found myself frequently interacting with non-technical staff who seemed unaware of the details of my project, which led to further delays and miscommunications.
Magenative was very responsive and spent countless hours making sure that the app met our expectations! They offer so many features and will integrate others as needed! Their customer service was excellent!

Excellent team and excellent framework. I got many customisations done with them to align with my requirement and team was happy to provide relevant support for the same. They support most of the integrations needed for your store. So far we have received very good response from our customers. We have further plans to get more customisations done with this team. Was very simple to link Shopify to the app to build! Developers are very attentive with super quick communication and can always fix the problem quickly. Customisation is very limited and not the best aesthetically but does what it needs to!

Building my app with MageNative was a breeze. The app builder was very intuitive and easy to use, and the customer service was excellent. They always responded quickly to my questions and helped me with any issues. They published it on Google Play and the Apple store; I generated sales via mobile at my site at megamartcenter.com.
