Just started setting up and the setup flow is amazingly intuitive, making it a great experience to just setup and customise. Linking to existing email services (I use Mailchimp cos its awesome) was easy too!

I used this on my Shopify store and everything works together easily so far. Time will tell if issues happen after a lot of use. I don't expect any with the way it's worked so far.

We added this app to our website to obtain email addresses for newsletters. Would be nice if the app had newsletter templates that you could just click on and update with your unique information and then send. I am not sure exactly how to get the emails to populate to a newsletter app. It is still a learning process.

I really am grateful for this app. in just 24hrs I have 5 new subscribers and the fact that it comes for free with your first 1,000 subscribers makes it a truly wonderful little bit of kit. Thanks MailMunch and Mailchimp for the easy things in life

Doesn't sync subscribers with MailChimp - even I follow all instructions on troubleshooting from the website. Customer Support is not responsive.

It's quick to set up some basic forms and landing page, but when I found some integration and other issues and tried to find support, no reply at all. Disappointed at the poor support service

I got the app to send out a mass message about our pork rind business to former customers. The templates were easy to use an I needed help converting a csv file I got online and as able to get chat support help via facebook which was amazing. I do not recommend the emailing back and forth it is time consuming and work will never get done. Wish they had an in app chat feature. But the customer service was on point and the email did what it was suppose to make $$ for us.

Seems easy to use. It's a bit overpriced though. The Free version is very limiting. Choosing which upgrade to do is confusing. If you want to simply email a discount code to your subscribed customers, you must upgrade. If you want to use your own custom template with custom html that you create, you must upgrade. For small business, it is way too much. We would have been more comfortable with $5 max per month. Shopify already has a built in newsletter sign-up, and that's about all you get for the free version.

I used this app to increase the amount of email subscribers we have. At first, we gave an incentive with a 15% discount code. I love how easy it is to set up your pop up and how you can customize it a lot even with the free subscription.

I like how there is template already made... but not sure how to use it. Would be great there was a video on how to set up or step by step, to follow.

I've been using this App for about a year now and like most things about it. I have found that it has a couple bugs however. I had a post go viral and had several subscribers say they had to wait a while for their email to be delivered in order to retrieve their freebie and some also said they never received theirs...I just hope their email address's were added to the list! I also noticed that on subscriber notification emails sent to me have forms from different lists combined under the same subscriber even though they only subscribed to one. Great app, but I have found these two things to be frustrating and hope developers will fix these!!
