Tried to create my first form and it didn't work. Followed the instructions but a bug couldn't even let me choose a template. Waste of time.

Why does it seem every Shopify app is a bait-and-switch? Selected this one because it didn't seem shady, but 15 minutes into setup and I find out the only one I can use on the free plan is a silly popover. I'm willing to pay for the right product but not if I can't test it out first. Why can't apps be upfront about this instead of wasting everyone's time?
Hi ONEWITHFISH, I applogize for any inconvenience. What you're suggesting is not the case, you can create several campaigns with us under the free plan. Only advanced features are restricted under the free plan. We also offer free trial so you can explore the product before making any purchase.
This is a very nice app to allow mail chimp forms on your website to collect leads and grow your email list. I also really appreciate their customer service. I had an issue on, not only, a Saturday, but Christmas eve as well, and someone answered my chat and looked into an issue that was my fault for changing the theme that interfered with the landing pages. Highly recommend.

I had to use mail chimp for my other company and I find mail munch a bit of a learning curve but it is more powerful with more options to make a professional appearance. It was very simple to set up. just takes time to finalize it the way you want. On the free option there is only one template to choose from and need to upgrade to premium if you want a better selection for popups. The pop up is simple and cannot wait for it to generate email leads.

Great app for managing marketing. The customer service is great, it's nice to know that help is near when you need it. Damien explained everything clearly, and even sent through links on how to solve the problem and tested everything afterwards just to make sure. I would recommend this app.

App claims to be free, a feature that I needed required a subscription. I subscribed to premium to get this feature and then when trying to implement this feature on my site I am told that it is only available for pro and my subscription would need to double in price. I asked to be reimbursed and uninstalled the app. The charge has never been refunded.

I've been using this app for over a year. It has so many bugs. Features we set up will just stop working and I will not be notified until a customer alerts us that they couldn't sign up for our list or receive a coupon code. Currently, our coupon autoresponder stopped working and the app is prompting me to upgrade to use this feature but I've had the PRO LEVEL subscription since day one. This app is totally unreliable.

Just started using it, but it seems user friendly enough. Would be nice if there were more options with fonts - like character spacing as I use that on our site so couldn't get an exact match to how ours looks. But I'm using free version so maybe more options with paid?
