Well worth a try. The support has been the best I have experienced. Their staff offered a free review of my rewards program and offered constructive suggestions to make improvements. I experimented with two other loyalty programs, but this Beauty was the winner for me. I look forward to upgrading to enhance my design and add product review rewards.

I am thrilled with my experience so far! I can honestly say they have by far the best customer service I have dealt with in a long time - super fast, friendly and helpful. The program itself was easy to set up and get running, my customers love it and there are no hidden fees unlike other ones I have tried in the past. I would highly recommend them!

Wonderful app. I find it much easier to understand and navigate than Swell Rewards, and even with a free account you get great customer support.

So far, loving this app. Just migrated from Collect Loyalty (their sister company), so I know I am in for good things. The best thing about this company is the Customer Service. There are two problems, one big, one Little. The big one is that the app is not mobile friendly. The little one is that i would love to have more freedom on the design. :)

I really like this app!! It contained elements that I didn't expect and I think will really help with my marketing. Quite easy to use and setup. I got an email from Kat, who offered to look at how I set up my program and gave me great feed-back and suggestions, free of charge!

Best customer support. Best app for the price. Everything is just amazing. Nothing to point fingers on here. We asked for some extra features and got them a few weeks after, even when they had to coded first. We are more than pleased by Collect's performance, stability and most of all support! Keep up the great work!

UPDATE: the team got to work and added this feature so now rewards are not issued until paid AND fulfilled (as was our preference). thanks! has great potential and the team is responsive, but basic items you would think would be built in are not. If you care about fraud, be cautious. customers can place an order, immediately cancel, get their coupon and place the discount order they wanted. If you sell any "premium" product or care about profitability let them know. This is an easy fix (don't reward points until the order has fulfilled/shipped) to prevent fraud.

So easy to use and setting it up was really simple. I love how it brings people back to my store, and I'm so happy I don't have to keep track of anything manually anymore. Just switching from another loyalty program and receiving amazing customer service and support gives them 5 stars for me! Still playing around with it but so far so good :)
