Absolutely loving this app, the Marcello team always go out of their way to assist, improve and add more features.

Launching in the next days, but working with them has been a pleasure! They even made custom customization for something we wanted! Looking forward to see the value it will bring to our store! But app is user friendly, quite customizable and staff is kind and helpful!!!

I had a horrible experience!! Where do all these 5 star reviews come from?! First off, there's utter lack of support. Their "support" is a bunch of know-nothings who keep deferring to their “team in New Zealand” and then nothing else happens. Placing support into a time zone out-of-synch with the rest of the world is NOT a good idea. If they want to charge $199/month they must do better than that. The app had 3 major bugs when we tried it out: (1) An existing customer was able to get a referral discount, even though only new customers should get a reward (2) Points for referral actions weren’t tracked properly (3) The system sent out emails to advocates with faulty point balances These errors go to the core of a loyalty system. If you can’t track points and redemptions properly, you might as well shut down. Moreover, they failed to tell me the Shopify file names and code sections where they added code. So I can't ascertain whether the uninstall is done properly. I fear they leave code behind, given how poorly and sloppily they have performed so far. A terrible experience and big waste of time.

Thrilled to find this app! Converted from Smile.io - functionality for us is the same (actually some features were better!) and the price is more reasonable. The transition was EASY and seamless for our customers. I'm very pleased.

Well worth a try. The support has been the best I have experienced. Their staff offered a free review of my rewards program and offered constructive suggestions to make improvements. I experimented with two other loyalty programs, but this Beauty was the winner for me. I look forward to upgrading to enhance my design and add product review rewards.

I am thrilled with my experience so far! I can honestly say they have by far the best customer service I have dealt with in a long time - super fast, friendly and helpful. The program itself was easy to set up and get running, my customers love it and there are no hidden fees unlike other ones I have tried in the past. I would highly recommend them!

Wonderful app. I find it much easier to understand and navigate than Swell Rewards, and even with a free account you get great customer support.

Easy to use with good service. The free plan has several decent functions. Kat was polite and addressed our questions very promptly.

There are two problems, one big, one Little. The big one is that the app is not mobile friendly. The little one is that i would love to have more freedom on the design. :)

Customer support is amazing and the app is easy to use. Managing to get all the basics on the free plan and I feel their free plan offers the best out of all the others out there.
